Waterfront holiday rentals in Downtown, Louisville

This is our second time staying. We had a great time and perfect location! The balcony overlooking the bridge is my favorite part.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

Jennifer's place exceeded our expectations. The lay out suited the needs of us 3 perfectly. We had a wonderful view from our balcony of the river and bridge. The beds were just right, leading to a very peaceful sleep. The place was quiet and within easy walking distance of the music festival we were attending and close to many restaurants. Neighborhood was historical, scenic and, above all, safe. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with and always responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We will definitely book here whenever we are in Jeffersonville, IN or Louisville, KY.

My previous booking was cancelled last minute due to a flood and Serena came to the rescue. I had rented the airbnb to use for my husband and I the night of our wedding and she was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and the apartment was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked amazing. Everything was great.

Antonio’s place was perfect for the quick weekend trip to Louisville! The building had so many amenities and was so clean and well kept! The room itself was also incredibly clean, well decorated and had everything we could’ve needed! I was very very impressed! Antonio was also super easy to communicate with and very kind! stayed for two nights. place was perfect for our family of five and our dog sahara. very pet friendly. yard was nice kids enjoyed the fire pit roasted marshmallows and made s'mores good times making memories. house was as described and the host Allen was really nice and responsive.

This was a cozy getaway with a great view of Ohio river. The decor was spot on. The hosts are wonderful and easy to work with. Gave us the relaxation we greatly needed. Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

What a wonderful farm cottage! Anna was very helpful getting us set up in a relaxing, peaceful place. After our first night, she checked in to make sure everything was going well and suggested activities we could do. Would highly recommend

This was an amazing home to be in for my graduation weekend. My family and I felt right at home. Everything was extremely clean and the hosts were very responsive. The home looks just like the photos and it’s super cozy/homey. This place is great for a family get away and pretty close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend for all.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the property. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. It was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and description. Easy to find and easy check in. The local area was amazing, great restaurants, easily walkable. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it .

This was one of my favorite Air BNB stays to date. The cottage was so incredibly beautiful. It was super well stocked, clean, and there was a great amount of information about the property. We will definitely be back.

This was a beautiful place! The host, Marshall, was amazing—very responsive and extremely helpful with directions. The location is super convenient, close to many restaurants and shops, and just a quarter-mile from the river. I especially want to highlight Marshall’s kindness. One evening, as I was about to walk to a nearby ice cream shop, he noticed me outside and graciously reopened the one located right below the Airbnb just so I didn’t have to go elsewhere. That thoughtful gesture truly made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot!

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

Absolutely amazing stay! Wonderful location, accommodations and hosts. The most well stocked of any place I’ve ever stayed. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. Perfect home base while exploring distilleries of Louisville. Felt like coming home when returning to Jodie & Doug’s place. Norton Commons is a sweet neighborhood with plenty to offer all on its own. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

Awesome stay. Although it's not the best view of the river and Louisville in the distance, the area more than made up for it. Our kids were competing in the NASP tournament at the KY Exposition Center in Louisville which was a quick trip across the bridge. The indoor pool was heated and jetted. This was an unexpected luxury and extremely relaxing after a long drive. This was our first AirBnB and we loved the privacy and ease of access to many attractions as well as restaurants.
