Everything about our stay was great! The home was very clean. We liked that the yard was fenced high from the road with privacy. The outdoor shower was great. Would highly recommended.

This place is is well worth the money. 3 big bedrooms. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Lots of room. Amenities was nice, like bathroom stuff,laundry stuff,kitchen stuff. The beach stuff was great. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my furbaby.

Beautiful place. Calm, peaceful, and clean. Looks just like the photos. Had a wonderful time.

Corey’s place worked great for our family traveling through. It’s a great value for how close it is to Pensacola Beach and having 3 beds, good kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. The neighborhood wasn’t very attractive and felt a bit crowded with houses so close, but there was plenty of parking space, we felt safe and it was quiet. The house was was nice and clean inside.

Close to the conference I was attending which allowed for a nice walk in the mornings. She cares deeply for her home and asks others to as well.

Great location!!!!! Love the vibe from the moment you walk in the door. Great attention to detail and the host was very responsive. The living room tv speakers were blown and the owner had someone come over right away with a new tv.!!!!! Great customer service!!! Would definitely recommend !!!!!!

The house was cleaning inside just as pictured on the website. Casey was very responsive whenever we emailed him. He also was considered and let us stay an extra day without any hesitation very friendly and outgoing and anything you need he was available. I would definitely return.

My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

Highly recommend this location! We had previously lived in Florida and came to visit for a bit and this was the perfect place to make us feel at home while visiting friends and enjoying our time there. Hannah was extremely communicative and they had everything you could possibly need in the home. The home was immaculate and spacious! As far as the pool goes, perfect! They provided pool toys and beach toys for those that may not have been able to travel with those things. Very thoughtful in every aspect here, loved it and highly recommend it!

The perfect beach house! We made it in town for my brother’s wedding and it was absolutely better than other stays or the PB Resort where most of the wedding guests and party stayed. Parking was great, we got our Wagoneer easily and could’ve fit several more vehicles. The proximity to the beach was perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool and were very comfortable with the temperature of the water. Oh, the decor and linens, mattresses were beautifully selected. We appreciated the detailed instructions and labels for everything. The multiple balconies allowed for incredible views of the ocean. You could hear the waves from any balcony. Incredible and kind host!!! Any time I could reach out and it wasn’t an issue. Oh, and the amenities were the MOST we have ever had access to! To top of off, the welcome snacks and card were a beautiful touch. We will most certainly stay again! Thank you so much for the perfect stay!

Was clean and tidy and like described. We enjoyed the pool and that it was within walking distance. Our host was very responsive throughout our stay whenever I reached out. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house, spacious enough for our kids and grandkids. There was 10 in our party and more than ample space for us. Everyone loved it. The grandkids loved the pool. Thank you for supplying the beach towels for our use since we had accidentally left ours back home! Would definitely stay here again if we took another family trip to Florida!

My family and I came to Pensacola FL for my sons Navy A School graduation and Christine’s place was the perfect place to stay at, it felt like home for us. It was super close to everything, the peace and quiet was amazing. I absolutely loved the decor and how comfortable the beds were. This home was fantastic. Very well stocked throughout! The kitchen has so much available for you to use and neatly organized. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues. We definitely enjoyed the pool and loved that you had a basket ready for all our pool needs. You thought of everything. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your space. We had a great stay. Clean & good communication

This rental was perfect for our group who were all in a wedding at the Old Christ Church a block away. All the wedding activities were within a two block radius! The home had all the amenities we needed and enough rooms to accommodate us all comfortably. We did struggle a little bit with temperature one of the nights of our stay - the couple upstairs was too hot while the folks in the downstairs rooms were too cold but it’s an old house so it was understandable. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Enjoyed everything . The house was set up beautifully and had everything you could ask for and then some. Clean and well prepped before our arrival. Only drawback is the constant heavy traffic noise well in the the evening every night. Overall a great place...

Pensa-Cozy just that, very cozy! Outrated my expectations! It was a the perfect home to host my whole family crew of 6 and 2 pups. Not only did we feel like home but we loved how well equipped this home was. Place was nice and clean and comfortable

Rachel was an incredible host. She communicated well with us and was very accommodating! She made sure to remind us that the house was about 20 minutes away from the main beach, but we didn’t mind at all. It was a super easy drive! The house is about a mile from the Bayview Dog Beach, which we walked our dog there every morning - he loved it! Definitely will consider booking with Rachel again for our next weekend in Pensacola!

Comfortable place for our family to stay on our trip to Pensacola. Located close to downtown, which was convenient for us. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. The game room in the garage was a big hit for adults and kids alike. Would stay there again!

I stayed at Heather’s place for 3 nights while I was in town handling some business. The location is wonderful, walking distance to some great restaurants. Clean, quiet and perfect for my stay!

Exactly as described! Very clean and a very welcoming host. Close to many things and easy to locate. Standout feature was truly Josh himself… he was timely, helpful and very thoughtful!
