Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Seattle

Très bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre et l’espace commun est très beau et spacieux. Je recommanderai plutôt ce logement à des visiteurs qui ont une voiture de location car malheureusement les Uber sont chers et c’est à plus de 50min de bus depuis le centre. Jolie vue sur la ville ⭐️

It was definitely a cozy home for a weekend getaway with my little family. Koshin made it easy and stress-free during our stay and went above and beyond with the extra amenities. He added a personal written note to welcome us and we thought that was super sweet. The location is great as we were there to visit family and there are so many places to see. The home was clean, organized, and had all that you need. There is a driveway to park our car! Not having to find parking in the neighborhood was definitely a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and tucked away from the chaos in the city. We also enjoyed the Ballard's farmer market that was only minutes away. I'd highly recommend Koshin's home to anyone that's thinking about it!

This is my second stay at Luke’s house and I still love it. The living room and yard are great places to relax, and the kitchen is a great place to cook. Will stay here again and again while my daughter and son-in-law live in the Montlake area.

Absolutely a great place to stay and perfectly located to everything you would want to have and see. A parking spot is available, but it’s so easy to get to her place from the airport and we would highly recommend using the public transportation and forget the car. Enjoy Seattle on foot. No shortage of interesting things to see on foot. This was a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and safe and secured access to the building. We will be back and this will be our go to place to stay anytime we come to Seattle in the future. A shoutout to Judy for being a great host.

Ali’s place is well located, within a walking distance to downtown buses and only 20ish minutes drive. Ali was also a friendly host, definitely recommend!

Very clean place. Attention to details and very accommodating. Clear instructions. We appreciated the snacks. Great location to the hiking locations we wanted to try and easy access to downtown Seattle. I only wish the bed was larger but everything else was exactly as described. We appreciate Jill’s hospitality very much.

Cute house, in a nice neighborhood in west Seattle with easy access to the west Seattle bridge. My mom stayed here when visiting me, and she loved it. Would recommend.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great time! Michelle was super nice and very responsive to all my questions! The AirBnB has a big kitchen with all you could need and even some free food, everything was labeled and made it easy to navigate. All the bedrooms had automatic looks with a pin and were nice, clean and cozy. There were multiple bus stations and a link station within a 10 minute walk which made getting around really easy. I totally recommend staying here!

It was such a nice lovely stay. lots of adequate space for one person. i got to wake up every morning to the catio, which was the best part. Lisa is so nice, helpful and understanding. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Clean, comfy and central location! Loved being close to a cafe. Highly recommend checking out whoever is performing at the jazz alley down the street while you stay!

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

You can see from the pictures that Karla’s place is beautifully decorated with whimsy and joy! We cooked in the lovely, well stocked kitchen and loved doing art together at the huge dining table, set in a room full of windows that seems hung among the trees! With so many Airbnb’s (especially in Seattle, for some reason) run by a company, often soulless and barely adequate, this home was the opposite: exquisite, every detail attended to, bathroom and kitchen generously stocked, and around every corner a surprise design element We walked the neighborhood and slept soundly in the bed. I hope to stay here again!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Mish’s place. Everything was clean and comfortable within the unit. Mish had great proactive communication with clear instructions and was responsive. The shower in particular was very spacious and nice and the kitchen was very clean. We did have a rental car and parking was sparse on the street right outside the unit, but we were able to consistently find parking one street over which was just a short walk away. On days without the rental car we were close to several bus lines to get to and from the main areas downtown (Pike Place, etc). We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and clean. Such a great location, next to so many cool restaurants and shops. Less than a mile walk to the Pike Place Market and the water. And the included parking spot was amazing!

A terrific AirBnB if you’re visiting the Seattle Downtown area. You’re a short walk/quick bus ride to Capitol Hill, and a slightly longer ride to Downtown. Patti went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Checking in was stress-free and we had a wide range of amenities including laundry machines, iron/ironing board Keurig pods and toothpaste/shampoo! Patti also provided bagels, cream cheese, jam, and OJ for breakfast. Bonus points for having Carl Sagan’s Cosmos on DVD! Would recommended this AirBnB to anyone looking to check out the Seattle area for a reasonable price.

Had a fabulous time staying at John's place in Seattle. This apartment was stocked with everything one could need (even a welcome basket with snacks), and the location was unbeatable. So many things were walking distance to the apartment, and I loved the cafe/donut shop right next door. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Seattle. 10/10 experience!

Jeff’s place is quiet, cozy, and exceptionally clean, located centrally near many of Seattle’s top attractions. It’s ideal for solo travelers and short stays. The building feels secure, and the neighborhood is safe. Jeff was responsive and accommodating, allowing me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out due to my flight schedule. You can see the Space Needle from outside the building and walk to it easily. There are plenty of nearby food options and amenities—I especially recommend Midtown Express coffee shop and Perfection Nail Salon across the street. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

Used this spot for a quick solo work trip and was great for my needs. Ideal location, easy self check-in, clean, responsive host. I'm not at all sensitive to noise but as the other reviews state, the street noise is very loud so ear plugs recommended. Regardless, would stay again next time I'm in Seattle.

Super nice and convenient place. They even gave us a huge list of recommendations of places to visit and their personal favs! They’re also very helpful and always responsive.

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Wonderful location with was walking distance from Seattle center and the pier. Our daughter loved the pool as well!

A lovely stay! The apartment was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, amenities as described. Benjamin always responded in a timely fashion if we had questions. The building is quiet, never heard neighbors, very secure. Loved the rooftop, it is a must see! Close to everything! We didn't need a car, used Uber or Lyft if we didn't want to walk and most fees were under 10$. Best suited for 2-3 people.
