Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown Tacoma

Evelyne’s place was perfect for our 2 night stay in Seattle. It was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. It was very clean, uncluttered and the beds and linen were top notch. The water view was amazing! We were given precise instructions on how to get in and had no problems. The parking pass that was included was perfect and had no problems finding a space out front. The area felt very safe and very walkable to the Space Needle, restaurants, shops and to the downtown waterfront marketplace. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is beautiful and was a perfect location for adventuring the greater Seattle region. Just the right size for two adults.

We had an incredible 3 day visit in Seattle! The hosts let us check in a little bit early (at NO extra cost!!!!) If you get in early like we did, there is a luggage storage company on Lenora St about 2 blocks away. The unit was as described. You can hear some street noise but honestly it was not a problem as it was quieter than expected. We loved the rooftop here. The views are beautiful - def check it out! The location was perfect! There is quite a bit of the homeless population on 2nd Ave and the cross streets nearby, but they don’t bother you. Don’t let it stop you from booking this place. We felt SAFE the entire time! We did not rent a car so we were able to walk to just about anywhere in the city. The space needle is under 15 minutes. Pike Place Market about 5-10 minutes depending on where exactly you want to go within the market. There are tons of coffee shops & restaurants within a couple of blocks so there are plenty of options for food and drinks. We would stay again!(:

Airbnb was in a great central walkable location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Couple of handy good to know: exit main entrance go left, make left at corner, walk to next corner there is a good convenience store or make the left and 1/2 down the block is a bakery (Macarina) delicious for coffee or light breakfast/lunch. Room itself is basic in decor and furniture. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and bathroom clean and worked well. The unit had everything we needed nice refrigerator, coffee maker and wash /dryer. The building itself had very nice amenities for a city apartment and security at the front desk. We never felt unsafe walking the area. We Had some of the best communication before and during the stay from the host that we have ever received.

Older building, but good renovations. My maintenance request was answered immediately and fixed in less than 2 hours. It felt like having a nice apartment in the heart of downtown. To be clear, other than street parking if you're lucky, there is no parking here. You'll need to park at a garage nearby, but there are several to choose from. SpotHero is your friend here. All in all, this place is a gem. Highly recommended.

Karla’s place was the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, every amenity and then some. Street parking was available in the same spot out front everyday. Quiet. Feels like your perched in a tree on hill over looking Fremont. I’ll be back!!!❤️

Jeffreys home was in the perfect location super close to everything and easy to get. It was super easy to order a Lyft and get dropped off. We especially loved lighthouse roasters, the coffee shop that was at the end of the block. We went every morning. It was such an easy walk to get to. If you are looking for a good burger spot I would highly recommend UNeedABurger we went there twice and the food was delicious. The apartment was very cozy and perfect and the bed was really comfortable. If you are deciding where to stay I highly recommend staying at The Cortado. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

We lived our stay! Great location in west Seattle, easy to get to your typical tourist activities. The space was great, spacious and had everything you need and more! Try accommodating with my 9 month old, we appreciated all the necessary baby supplies and toys! Easy check in, and included parking, which we loved! Also! A cute park down the street if you’re traveling with kiddos :)

The house is roomy and spacious. Lots of different places to gather and hang out. It's pretty remote, I would suggest bringing food on arrival as the closest store is 20 minute drive. You can't beat the views as it might be the most special part of the house. Perfect place to relax and recharge.

Carrie’s place was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Her place is well laid out and very clean. We loved the shower and tub. She really went way beyond and added a lot of extra touches. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The house was spacious and new. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and white. The bathrooms were very clean. All in all, beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood even though it’s on a main road. Ryan was very communicative. We had some issues but they were taken care of ASAP. Highly recommend

The photos do not lie. Very peaceful spacious accommodations. The kayaks were wonderful for a peaceful late afternoon paddle. It is true that the path to the beach is very steep and not for the faint of heart or legs. The only slight drawback is that sound carries very easily through the air ducts, so if you're in the master bedroom, you will hear what's going on downstairs. But all in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again and again.

What a perfect place to stop over for a few nights. Comfortable and the sauna was just the added bonus.

We had a great stay at Miles's place. It was everything we hoped it would be. Just like a home away from home. The house was clean and cozy and perfect for a couple who want to spend time in Tacoma. We picked this location because it was close to where our family lives, so we could visit them frequently, go for walks at Point Ruston and Point Defiance Park and visit Proctor and the other fun neighborhoods in the area. Excellent Supermarkets, too.

Our stay at Carla’s was great. She was an amazing host, prompt with responses and even went out of her way to order us a coffee grinder for our stay. The home is old but has real charm and is walkable to anything you’d need in a beautiful neighborhood. Highway access is easy as well. 100% recommend a stay here.

We loved staying for the week at Tate's charming bungalow. The space is exactly as described. Immediately, we felt liked we'd come home to our own space. The house is incredibly comfortable and had all the necessary touches to make our stay comfortable. We loved the backyard area. Such a beautiful and quiet retreat to come back to after a day of exploration. Tate is a wonderful host, and we look forward to staying again on future visit's to Tacoma!

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

Stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed Jane’s condo! The apartment was very clean and welcoming with its decorations and amenities. It was the perfect size with a gorgeous West facing view that let in the afternoon sun while also being a perfect spot to see sunsets. The location is so easy and convenient, I never had issues with finding street parking and it’s a pleasant walk to the central part of Capitol Hill. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice Seattle getaway! I would definitely stay here again.

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

House was in a great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Apartment was stocked very well with amenities needed for our stay. Garage parking that came with the house was very convenient. Nitpick: Dropping the parking fob back in the house after taking the car out of the garage is a bit tedious.

Really lovely stay at Rachel's place. Best parts for me was the location (easy walks to all the Winslow has to offer and on/off the ferry to head to the city. The other good parts were the bed (comfy) and the landscaping around the space - very well done. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect! On the waterfront and close to everything. The hosts allowed us to check in early and were very responsive. The condo had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated!
