Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown West, Minneapolis

This is by far the cleanest Airbnb ever. Since we are a group of snorers, we had to try out the 2 couches in the adorable nooks and they were perfect. Appreciated the electrical outlets. All typical travel issues that I usually encounter were solved here. Stay at Aaron and Colleen’s. You won’t regret it.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the detailed directions to get into the building and the list of recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was great-perfectly walkable to celebrate our daughter’s graduation at UMN. Weather didn’t cooperate so we never checked out the rooftop patio.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great time at Justin's place! The location is awesome—super close to the sports stadiums and tons of great spots to eat. It was also really handy to have grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance, so I could grab anything I needed. Justin was a fantastic host, and I felt right at home. This place definitely deserves a five-star review! I will be staying here again when I go back to Minneapolis

The apt itself was VERY nice!! The only critique I have are the dingy bells of the trains that seem to run every 10 -15 minutes or so, but that is out of the control of the host. This was the 1st time we stayed at a place that has a noise monitor, so it was a little awkward. Four adults using a "library whisper" to talk while we were inside, because we were not sure how loud 70 decibals were. We saw a previous post staying the volume of the tv set off the sound alarm, so we made sure the volume was very low when we had the tv on. The check in process was a little difficult, but, between the apt bldg manager helping us, and the quick response from the host and co hosts, we were able to figure it out. The checking out process...the host said to leave the key fob on the table, but we received a text from another bldg staff stating to return the key fob back to the key cafe...so that was a little confusing. I ended up leaving the key fob on the table, per the host's instructions.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you may need for a short stay. The neighborhood is lively and has lots of restaurants. The drive to downtown is easy. Street parking is easy. I agreed that checkin is unnecessarily burdensome and should be simplified! I received a message soliciting a five star review from the company that owns this apartment - this seems to be the trend in Airbnb now - which I find a betray of the very principles of Airbnb: this one is my candid review of what the apartment felt to me, independent on any solicitation.

They were responsive and provided helpful, timely information. They were also flexible with my check in and check out times. The apartment was clean and as described. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

We’ve stayed here many times. The quality is always consistently excellent. It feels like “home away from home.” A special shout out to Lorna who is always so helpful and available. We love coming back to Shoreview.

Great location, lovely place. Was traveling for work and very happy to have this place so close to my conference. Tyler was great to work with!

My girlfriend and I had a very nice stay at this Airbnb in downtown Minneapolis. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for our week long stay. It was very quiet at night time and was in a convenient location to walk around the lakes and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communicative the whole time.

My stay at Serenity Oasis was excellent throughout. The place was exactly what I needed for the few days I stayed in Uptown. The space was clean, bright, and very functional, particularly the kitchen but everything else as well. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would gladly stay here the next time I need a place in the area.

We felt right at home, everything was spotless, comfortable, and easy to find. Easy to use wifi and amenities. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet with enough to do within walking distance. Its location was also convenient for the rest of the destinations we had to get to this weekend. Thank you!

Overall the place was Cozy. It was really well kept. Kitchen was modern and had all the essentials. The TV was large and very responsive. Our washer was under maintenance - thank god we did not need it. We did use the dryer to dry clothes that got wet in the rain. Bathroom was modern - the only thing I have to complain is that the bathroom sliding door is a bit hard to close and open. Quite heavy but overall functional. The bed was comfortable and side tables had charging ports and great lamps. Our check out was smooth thought we could not figure out where the trash bins were at the back of the building. On the whole a very positive experience and highly recommended!!

This was a very nice place to stay in a very nice part of town.

Greg was quick to answer and he would check to make sure everything was good for the check-in and the checkout and to make sure that we weren’t having any problems. Definitely would stay there again.

Loved this cute little uptown apartment. Very central to everything! Great walking distance to the lakes... Very quiet and relaxing even amidst all of the hustle and bustle of the area. The unit was super clean and well organized. Everything in the unit felt both thoughtful and intentional. The beds were comfortable, and for being an apartment it felt quite spacious. Definitely would stay again!!

As advertised; quiet street just off main thoroughfares. Within walking distance of many delightful Minneapolis amenities; uptown dining and nightlife to the north, charming street side cafes to the east, and easy access to nature at the nearby chain of lakes to the west. It’s what you look for when you’re booking an Airbnb.

Kofi's home was a fun and cozy place to stay with my family. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the amenities like a game of pool, foosball, putting green and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was clean and organized. We will definitely stay here again!

Thank you so much for a wonderful day. It was so wonderful spending our wedding night at your place. It was beautiful and a perfect way to end our celebration!

Stayed here for the weekend with some friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the building and property is beautiful and well-restored, and the location is prime—with so many restaurants and attractions close by. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and had some historic charm. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if given the chance!

Excellent stay in a cute/ private and walkable area. Several local stores and cafes are nearby as well as a cute little park! The house was well stocked to be able to cook a meal at home as well.

Everything was great! Communication was helpful all along the way for the booking process, check-in, check-out etc. House was really unique and beautiful and all of the accommodations were excellent and as advertised. 5 stars all around, thank you Catherine!

We had a great stay at Joanne's place. There was plenty of room and cozy, the sauna was very relaxing after a 12 hour shift. The decor felt like stepping back in time and the record player was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area again.

Beautiful, well equipped and clean home. Felt right at home and had more amenities than I could have hoped for, esp the kitchen dishes, supplies and appliances.
