This characteristic villa has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double bed, one room has a bunk bed. House is fully air-conditioned. Outside there is a swimming pool with deckchairs. Next to the pool there is an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. There is also a gas grill. Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.
