The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The Waldheim is located directly on the Nibelungensteig hiking trail at the edge of the Schenkenberg forest. Highlights include the panoramic view, the sauna and the communal garden.

The airport, as well as the main train station, trade fair and the city center can be reached by bus and train as well as by car in approx. 20 minutes. Pets (by arrangement) are very welcome, but depending on the length of stay, there is an additional cleaning fee.
