This simple and cozy cottage is full of basic comforts and is centrally located on a beautiful nature campsite in the nature reserve Het Lutterzand. During the camping season, you are welcome to use all the facilities of the campsite. For children, there are fun activities, go-karts and bicycles. From the cottage you cycle/walk directly into nature. It is a beautiful base from which to discover the Twente landscape. Next to the property is a restaurant with a miniature golf course.

The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

The bicycles brought with you can be parked in the bicycle shed and also loaded. For rainy weather, a bath in the whirlpool or a sauna session is recommended. In the relative vicinity there are good shopping facilities which can be processed in the fully equipped kitchen.
