In addition to the combined living/sleeping area with a bed (140 cm wide) and a sofa, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, as well as a single bed (80 cm wide) in the bed storage unit. So you don't have to go without a family bed, even when you're on vacation. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with gas grill are available.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

From this centrally located accommodation you are within walking distance of all important places: Golden Rider, Japanese Palace and Elbe banks, New Town and Old Town! About a 5-minute walk from Neustadt train station, tram with several lines right outside the door. This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Das Apartment befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit gemütlichem Außenbereich im mediterranen Stil. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist gern zum Verweilen eingeladen.
