You will surely feel comfortable in our large rooms with full kitchen and billiard room. Super suitable for families.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.

Das Elbquartier Dresden befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der Elbe und somit auch des Elbradweges (optimal für Fahrradfahrer!). Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang und eigener Terrasse.
