In addition to the combined living/sleeping area with a bed (140 cm wide) and a sofa, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, as well as a single bed (80 cm wide) in the bed storage unit. So you don't have to go without a family bed, even when you're on vacation. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with gas grill are available.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

In the apartment there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a short hallway and a kitchen that can be reached via the living/bedroom. A balcony is also available, which invites you to linger.

By tram you are in 5-10 minutes in the famous, historic city center of Dresden, on foot about 30 minutes. Pillnitz Castle and Moritzburg are quick to reach (10+ km). Saxon Switzerland also invites you to a day trip (about 30 km) by car, train, bus or boat.
