Your temporary home! 😊 You will stay in my family-friendly furnished 2-room old building apartment (67 sqm). In addition to the combined living/sleeping area with a bed (140 cm wide) and a sofa, you have a second bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed, as well as a single bed (80 cm wide) in the bed storage unit. So you don't have to go without a family bed, even when you're on vacation. Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathtub and a cozy balcony to the courtyard with gas grill are available.

This charming, practical, and relaxing private apartment features a hammock, king-size bed:180x200cm, reading nook, kitchenette, shower... and plush towels! It boasts an ideal central location in the arts and student quarter. The Kunsthofpassage art center is next door. Hundreds of bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Bus and train connections are also available. I'm happy to provide travel tips and guidebooks. Note: There is no TV or Wi-Fi in the apartment. Welcome!

We invite you to our cozy retreat, the oasis of peace in the middle of the city. Stylish industrial meets jungle, newly welcomed old. Your accommodation is located near the Elbe in a back house with flowery Mediterranean outdoor area. The city center can be reached by tram in 15 minutes, the New Town in 10 minutes. So if you want to escape the big city hustle and bustle a little and still want to be in the center quickly, you are welcome to linger here. Looking forward to seeing you :)

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. Quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of the new town

This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
