In the heart of the Cathar Pyrenees, 45 mins from Carcassonne and 1.5 hours from the sea, this accommodation, a real haven of peace, has been built and furnished with love for your well-being. Located 2 km above the village of Chalabre where you can find all the amenities of a village of 1000 inhabitants, you will stay in the middle of a property of 75 hectares facing the Pyrenees chain. The estate also welcomes mountain bikers as well as horse riders and their horses.

Warm and very quiet accommodation on the ground floor

In the heart of the Pays d'Olmes and Ariège in the Cathar Pyrenees, close to Toulouse, Foix, Carcassonne and Andorra, you will discover our comfortable ground floor accommodation, quiet in nature and not overlooked. In winter you will be close to the Monts D'Olmes small family resort 23 km away to practice winter sports. In summer you can visit the many Cathar castles including Montségur, Foix, Roquefixade, the medieval town of Mirepoix, Lake Montbel, beautiful caves…

Mobile home converted into a cabin

The cabin is equipped with all amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning... very bright, it opens onto a nice 2000 m2 lot, part of which is reserved for travelers It is located in a quiet valley of the Mediterranean and Cathar Ariège, ten minutes from Mirepoix, where there are all the shops and restaurants, but above all, a medieval bastide to discover absolutely; around the village, the start of many walks; Cathar fortress of Montségur 35 km away, Lake Montbel 20 km away.

Grandpa's Workshop

Former textile workshop rehabilitated into a warm family home. Its spacious and elegant main room made up of 12 walls is lit from sunrise to sunset. Located 30 minutes from the Monts d'Olmes ski resort, 20 minutes from Lake Montbel and close to the Cathar castles (20 minutes in Montségur) and 2 minutes from the greenway. We recommend walks to Roquefixade, the Frau gorges or the Fontestorbe fountain and a few summer evenings at the Roquefort waterfalls reception.

Independent, air-conditioned chalet, located on the edge of the village Festes et St André, 1/4 hour from all shops (Limoux). Fenced land. Pets allowed (maximum 2) Booking accepted only upon presentation of the holding permit for category 1 & 2 dogs. 4G access, Wi-Fi. Relax in a green setting. Mid-mountain hiking spot. Possible day trips: Cathar castles, city of Carcassonne, Andorra, Mediterranean beaches. Lake Montbel 20 minutes away.

"Los de qui cau" gite + private HOT TUB

« Los de qui cau » se situe dans un petit hameau au cœur de la forêt ariégeoise, en Barguillère à 900 m d’altitude. C'est une maison en pierre datant de 1899. Elle vient d’être entièrement rénovée. Depuis peu, nous avons installé un spa extérieur sous abri face à la forêt.Fonctionne toute l'année( une caution de 50€ est demandée) Attention pour les enfants en bas ages ( bassin, échelle de meunier, jacuzzi)

Ideal for people who like beautiful authentic things, this accommodation has a resolutely unique style. In this regard, I would greatly appreciate it if we stopped confusing "old tiles and dirty tiles" and also, since there is a very nice cutting board, to use the trivet that I also made by hand and which does not deserve such relentlessness, THANK YOU.
