The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

There is a kitchen equipped with utensils for 6 people, living room with TV, 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom. There's also a private terrace with a seating area and a barbecue, which offers magnificent views of Girl's Castles and Palava.
