The home was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove, kitchen, entrance hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition, there is a closed courtyard with afternoon and evening sun as well as a front garden with morning sun.

On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.

In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is beautiful with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from a beautiful sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, campfire, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

Completely renovated cottage in Munkerup. There are four beds in the main house: a double bed in the bedroom and a smaller double bed in the living room. The bathroom is an extension of the bedroom, and the house is therefore ideal for a couple or a family with 1-2 children. In addition, there is an annex with two beds and its own toilet and bathroom. The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.

My newly built cottage is only an 8-minute walk from one of Denmark's most beautiful beaches. (Summer 2020). There is everything you could wish for with 3 beautiful wooden terraces, so you have the opportunity to follow the sun from early morning to late evening, as well as an outdoor bath, outdoor kitchen and even a shelter if you want to be closer to nature.

Dronningmølle. 3 min beach, station, shopping cafe

Unikt hus i den gamle del af Dronningmølle. Højt beliggende på grusvej, lige ved “downtown” med indkøb og caféer og strand. Heroppe har man enten Strandvejen eller Lokalbanen i baghaven. Vi har så den hyggelige gule “grisen”. Huset er ca 70 m2 og designet efter ombygning i 2019 for luksushygge til parret. Der er dog to små gæsteværelser og en sofa.
