Apartments Vlčková - Walnut apartment with FREE infrared sauna is on the first floor and in the attic of the house with a separate entrance from the common corridor of the house. It consists of a room in the attic, where there is a bedroom for 2-4 people and in the common living area on the 1st floor there is another double bed. The apartment has a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette connected to a dining room with a table and benches and a living room with an LCD TV, a fireplace and a minibar. The apartment is for 2-6 people. Wellness zone for a fee according to the price list.

A cozy brick house, 15 minutes walk from the center of Zlín, is located in a unique and very quiet location of the First Republic houses, which were built by Tomáš and J.A. Baťa. The space is renovated, stylishly furnished and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the surroundings. For relaxation, there is a terrace with a French window on the ground floor and a terrace on the 1st floor, where you can relax on an outdoor bed. The genus loci was taken care of by architects, designers.

V případě větší skupiny je možno pronajmout i druhou chaloupku. Na pozemku je parkování pro 3 auta. Větší stavení je pro 6-8 osob, druhá chaloupka je pro 3 hostů. Vytvořili jsme pro naše hosty úžasné, stylové a prostorné místo k přespaní v Olomouci . Místo kde by jsme se sami ubytovali při našich cestách. Odpočinout se dá v moderní vaně přímo v ložnici. V obýváku máme na “pohodu” elektrický krb. V blízkém okolí MHD tramvajová zastávka “Hodolanská” ,vlakové i autobusové nádraží. Restaurace ( Michelinské ) , Entree Restaurant Olomouc, Steak House, Café Kitchen … parkovat se dá zdarma v ulici . Těšíme se na vaši návštěvu :) 👍🙏🙌
