Es hat eine Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Schlafnische, die über eine Leiter zu erreichen ist und einen tollen Ausblick auf Pferde, Hunde und eine Voliere mit Hühnern. Das Häuschen ist im Süden von Speyer in einem GEWERBEGEBIET und kann ab mind. 2 Nächte gebucht werde. Nah am Auwald und nur 5 Automin. bzw. 20 -30 Gehmin. vom Dom und der Innenstadt entfernt. Unweit ist eine Bushaltestelle. WLAN gibt’s, ist ganz, ganz schlecht.

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Currently the one in the living room is defective, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house where you can also sit comfortably. If someone wants to lock up or charge a bicycle or motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with power connection.

The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!
