The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The stay was very comfortable and the hosts are super understanding and warm. We were offered welcome gifts and condiments with their compliments. They even let us keep our luggage to pick up in the evening on the day of checkout. Totally recomend for a quiet and splendid stay!

We stayed at Ipek's for 4 nights and we liked it very much. The environment was very quiet and pleasant, there were good opportunities to get to the center by public transport. The apartment itself looked like the pictures, the appliances were modern and the kitchen was equipped with a large range of equipment. If we had any questions, Ipek could always help us and was always friendly and helpful, as well as easy to reach :) All in all, we had a nice time and can only recommend it :) Best regards, L. & K.

Our stay was a smooth 10/10, nice hosts, great house, top cleanliness and plenty of space in the house itself with three people. The house is well equipped, well suited for up to 4 people. Full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Bathroom is relatively small but fully equipped and completely adequate. The beds were a dream, very comfortable and well maintained. There is also the possibility to sit outside, very nice and folded garden with seating. Absolutely suitable for a trade fair visit, short distance and a good connection (about 20 min by car), recommended for people who arrive by car or drive by Uber. Shopping is plentiful as well as gas stations and restaurants/restaurants. There was also a good offer on site for the rest of your free time (mini golf, bowling, padel,...) We will be happy to come back on occasion:)
