Trade Fairs & Airport ||

Our accommodation is ideally located for exhibition visitors, concertgoers at the arena stadium, and airport travelers. Exhibition Center & Arena Stadium Both are just 1.7 km away, about 25 minutes on foot. You can also take the U-Bahn right in front of the house—just 2 stops (2 minutes). For Airport Travelers The airport terminal is only 2.3 km away, close enough to walk. Alternatively, you can take Bus 760, which takes about 10 minutes and stops right in front of the accommodation.

Accommodation in Düsseldorf

My 2 rooms are on the 2nd floor and are centrally located in a very quiet residential development. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

Quiet guest room with bathroom

Perfect for a visit to the trade fair in Düsseldorf (approx. 15 km), EUREF Campus Düsseldorf or Messe Essen (approx. 20 km). Duisburg-Großenbaum S-Bahn [suburban train] station is a 10-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Duisburg Central Station in *8 minutes*, as well as DÜSSELDORF AIRPORT, and DÜSSELDORF Central Station in 20 minutes. Great connection in the Ruhr area. The S1 train and the A40, A42, A52, A59 and A3 highway access ramps are within 5 minutes.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.
