Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

"Away from mass tourism, towards the highest quality and comfort" was the motto for the renovation of the apartments at our farm from Reiter. Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. The Summer Card is included with every booking!

The bedroom has comfortable beds . 10 minutes to the city center, grocery store, indoor swimming pool with sauna in the immediate vicinity. Cars can park on the property. Bread roll service or have breakfast in town (Sattlers, Steffl Bäck) Offer ski depot for 2 people in the gondola station Cost 10 EURO per day Dogs are welcome.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Sunrise Studio 2 persons - Schlicknhof

Vacation at almost 1,300 m above sea level - where the air is clear and the view is fantastic, you will find our organic farm. With a fantastic view of the idyllic Weißpriachtal and quiet location, the Schlicknhof is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking and cross-country tours. The newly renovated and carpenter-furnished apartments offer relaxation, tranquility and fun for children, modern equipment, farm's own organic products and much more!

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

1 free parking space. Parking space for bicycles in the garage. Local tax, currently €2.50 per adult per night. Modern, cozy apartment for 2 people, quiet and centrally located in Schladming. Everything is easily accessible by foot or public transport. Wonderful hiking opportunities and over 100 km of skiing fun! A few minutes' walk to the Planai valley station and the 4-mountain ski resort!

Our loft is located in the town center and is ideal for your cross-country skiing or hiking vacation. In the stairwell, a ski and boot dryer is available for you and you can access the cross-country ski trail or the winter hiking trail in just a few meters. The sunny balcony also invites you to a lazy day. With a nice book from our library, you will quickly forget the stress of everyday life.

Schladming loft with Planai view

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)

Ski in and ski out! The apartment is located right by the ski slope, so just step out of the house, get on your skis or snowboard and hit the slopes! Sounds amazing? It is!

Our house is on the sunny side of Schladming. The gondola Golden Jet is five minutes by foot. Completely renovatet in old wooden style and very cosy.
