Monthly Rentals in Dunedin City

Greg was a top-notch host! He went out of his way to welcome us with a freshly baked loaf of bread at 8:30 pm (best welcome EVER), always responded to my messages promptly and proactively offered help and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable without being intrusive. The unit is pristine, comfortable, set in a magical location and is easily accessible from the road and within the property. We wish we had more time to stay there.

Robyn is a wonderful host. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The view of the harbour is stunning, even from the bathroom! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing worth mentioning - the walkway to the entrance is steep and long, which could pose a challenge if you have a mobility issue.

Olivia's place is a couple of minutes up the hill from Dunedin city centre, so very handy if you're visiting town. It's a warm, clean space with a small kitchen, excellent water pressure for the shower, and a very comfortable bed. The wifi wasn't working while we were there, but Olivia messaged us back very quickly, so communication is excellent. We would definitely book again if available :-)
