Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dunedin

We are so glad we chose this place! It was such a convenient location to walk and bike (two great beach cruisers with locks are included!) to anywhere downtown. We were also a short drive away from Honeymoon Island, which so the included beach towels, chairs, blanket and umbrella were amazing! A few hours before we went to the beach, we noticed the blanket and umbrella were not there. The owners responded within a few minutes and had an umbrella and blanket at the house within 2 hours. This was amazing service! I think this place is a great spot for two people to stay in, but if you have more people than that and want to spend a lot of time at the house, the living room seating is a little slim for that. Lucky for us, Dunedin is so fun that we were barely at the house. Great shower pressure and comfy mattresses!! Two things that are not always common at Airbnbs. We will come back and/or recommend to others!

Absolutely wonderful home from the spacious surroundings inside to the peaceful screened porch with comfy couches to socialize and relax. This house was perfect for the 5 of us! Our host kept in touch and offered suggestions and tips to enjoy Dunedin. The pass to Honeymoon Island was a great perk!! We LOVED this fantastic home!!

We booked last minute as it was a last minute family trip and I have to say we all are glad we chose Denay’s place. The space was perfect for our family. The backyard was safe for the kids to play in. Since we rented the entire place (both units) we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone when the kids were outside. It’s right next to Pinellas Trail so it was nice to be able to walk to the restaurants and have the kids used their scooters on the way there and back. Would definitely recommend!

This home is beautiful decorated. Comfortable. It is our 2nd time staying in 2025. We love the location. We especially love having full access to the golf cart to go to many of our favorite restaurants. The pool is beautiful. 4 of us stay here and we will return again when we are in the area. It is central to all the places we love to go. Jarrett is a great and responsive host.

Great little place to stay. Fully stocked place with everything you might need. Jarrod and Elizabeth were very helpful with some recommendations and were great with email communications. Would be happy to stay here again if we return.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — very walkable to downtown, especially with the convenient path that cuts through the side of the brewery and gets you there even faster. There’s a great little market just across from the brewery, which made grabbing a few groceries super easy. The house is on a quiet street, was clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms was a big plus. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided (there’s 3 total) — it was a great way to explore the nearby parks and trails. Highly recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting the wonderful town of Dunedin!

Loved how Barbara's house was decorated in beach vibe. Lovely and comfortable. Liked walking to town for farmers market, shopping and restaurant. Morning walk to bay was perfect. Great parking for myself and guests. Would love to come back for a future visit.

Great location—house is in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to Dunedin and many fun things to do in Clearwater. Split plan with four bedrooms/3 baths which suited our family very well. The pool was great to use it was very clean and the shallow step area was perfect for a little ones to play. We were very comfortable.

Perfect place for an individual or couple. Very clean and well thought out. Nice neighborhood with parks and bike trails nearby. I could bike to my mom’s on just the bike trails. The host is very friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood has wild peacocks that are fun to watch.

I had a great time staying here. The apartment is adorable and has everything you could need. Very close to Clearwater beach with restaurants and a grocery store close by. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Tim!

Alise was very responsive and friendly. The house was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet area with all the beaches nearby. There's a gas station and a Publix just a short drive away—great location and a great host!

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Eric for his unwavering support and guidance on our first day. My wife and I are truly enchanted by this place, feeling as though we are living in the keys.

Second time I stayed at this property. Apartment is on second floor and has a layout that is comfortable and spacious for one or two people. Feichan is a great host and always helpful and kind. I have a chemical sensitivity to the laundry detergents used in a lot of AirBBs and the host made sure I had clean scent free towels waiting for me. I would stay here again or at another of her properties.

Really comfortable place in a great location. Everything was as advertised. Walkable to everything downtown Dunedin has to offer. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Beth's place was comfortable and conveniently located to everything. Her place felt like home and everything was nicely decorated. There were many nice amenities and the bed was very comfy. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

The condo was wonderful - spacious, spotless and super quiet which made for a relaxing stay. I liked having a washer and dryer, dishwasher and beach supplies. Marta was a thoughtful and responsive host who checked in on me during my stay, which I appreciated.

Beautiful condo. Comfortable beds. Great restaurants near by. Beautiful beaches near by. The swimming pool was clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

Daniel‘s condo was the perfect little stay for us. It is quiet and private. The people at the pool were so friendly. It’s one of the most comfortable beds in the world. We found a very nice authentic restaurant Mexican close by and shopping was within walking distance. The condo was neat and clean and had everything we needed.

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

We loved our stay! The hosts were great at communicating with us. Very clear instructions. Place was just like the photos. Very enjoyable stay!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
