Beautiful royal-village cottage with wood-burner
Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.
The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Balgonar Cottage is away from it all yet just 40 minutes from Edinburgh. With its own self-contained garden, it is set in the grounds of small estate adjacent to a working farm. Here you can enjoy a peaceful rural environment in a truly central location. Glasgow and St Andrews are just an hour away while Stirling and Perth about 30 minutes. It is an ideal base for a family touring Scotland but equally is perfect for groups of workmates on temporary postings to anywhere in Central Scotland

This Wee Hoose , which is situated in our back garden, accommodates two single people or couples or solo travelers or business travelers comfortably. We always meet and greet on arrival. The Wee Hoose Fife offers the ability to cook and prepare food with the use of a kitchen. Secure WiFi is available and the TV has Freeview. It is located within walking distance to amenities and Halbeath park n ride. A perfect pitch for golfers as we are not far from St Andrews and Glen Eagles.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

Murrayfield Stadium is only 30 minutes away for concert goers and sporting fans. There are two lovely local pubs which also serve food.

The Tanhouse Studio is a truly unique property right in the heart of the historic village of Culross; one of the most charming villages in Scotland. Steeped in history, blessed with incredible views, galleries, an abbey, a castle, a palace, cafes, and most importantly a pub(!), it is the perfect location for a relaxing break. Kinross is ideally situated to visit Glasgow, Edinburgh or the North. Edinburgh is only 30 minutes drive or leave the car and take the bus which you can get 5 minutes walk from the house. The area itself is great for walking and just getting out in the fresh air.
