A beautiful, original, old Irish stone cottage that dates back to around 1850 in stunning West Cork. A traditional 3-bed-roomed coastal cottage, lovingly restored and extended on 2 acre grounds, bounded by a tidal creek that comes in at the bottom of the garden -- sheer magic. The cottage has 3 quaint bedrooms and ample living space downstairs. An ideal place for families, artists, writers, poets and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in this gorgeous part of Ireland in a beautiful setting.

The Beara Bus....with Awesome Views

The Beara Bus is a unique living space situated on the coastline with stunning views across the Atlantic to the Sheeps Head and Mizen Head Peninsulas and Bere Island. The entrance to the harbour of Castletownbere ( Irelands second largest fishing port) can be seen with the daily coming and goings of the fishing fleet. In the waters below the Bus basking shark, minke whale and dolphins are frequent visitors. The sun rising up over Sheeps Head Peninsula can make for an unforgettable breakfast !

Katie’s Fastnet Cabin The stunning seascape changes every day in front of the nautical themed Fastnet Cabin. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of the tide overlooking Croagh Bay located just inside the iconic Fastnet Lighthouse. Situated a 10 minute (10km) drive from Schull the location is ideal to immerse yourself in all the sea and the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer (swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing) and enjoy the West Cork walking trails, including Barleycove Beach and Mizen Head.

Overlooking Dunmanus bay, this generously sized cottage boasts breathtaking views and is situated equidistant from the towns of Bantry, Schull, Ballydehob and Goleen. This newly renovated 150 year old building has a comprehensive modern kitchen and dining area, while maintaining a country cottage atmosphere. Situated on a small farm, it offers seclusion while only being a few minutes drive from many local attractions.

A perfect base to explore West Cork Surrounded by wild coast, ancient land and protected wetlands. Wild swim at the beautiful beach only a 150m from your doorstep. Beautifully converted using natural building materials, the space is light, peaceful and open, heated with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored or salvaged by us. We provide sourdough, homemade jam, a homemade tipple & a few staples on arrival. A rural retreat right in the heart of vibrant West Cork.

The house is located high on the mountain – alone. With clear visibility, you have a breathtaking view. You will experience peaceful silence. But it can also happen that the house and its surroundings are swallowed up by fog, that the wind howls around the house and the rain whips against the windows!!! Always a fascinating natural spectacle awaits you in the interplay of sea and clouds and the elements and on clear nights a sky strewn with sparkling stars - and still real darkness!

Surrounded by working farms on 4 acres; an oasis of trees and home to a variety of bird life.
