beautiful, cozy, and well appointed home; perfect for our family. The kitchen was above and beyond what we usually expect in Airbnb properties, which always made us happy given we spend a lot of time cooking and in the kitchen generally. Amazing property and surrounding area. As a final touch, the hosts provided supplies for smores and a small jar of honey made onsite, incredible hospitality!

Such a great spot for the weekend! We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin which had so much natural light and was quiet and private. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean and inviting. We really appreciated Melissa's clear instructions on finding the cabin as we arrived after dark and had no trouble finding it. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Had the most beautiful stay at this home. The home is beautiful and tastefully decorated, very well equipped and clean. The surroundings of the house are beautifully kept. Brian and Zack were very friendly and responsive. 10/10 stay!

Our stay was idyllic! Such a charming compound right on the Esopus Creek. We had four couples across the both homes and it was the perfect set up - we couldn’t have imagined a better trip. The cabin was brand new (still had the new home smell!) and the cottage was so cozy! Being right on the river, it was so quiet and such an ideal get away from the city. Both homes had all the necessary amenities and we enjoyed going out to the coffee shops and restaurants that were recommended by the host - excellent choices, particularly loved Josie’s Coffee shop and Annarella’s. Host was also incredibly helpful with check-in. Looking forward to coming back! And imagine this space would be amazing in the fall. Highly recommend. 5 stars across the board!

Fantastic and cozy, eclectic and familiar. our stay was short but felt right at home. Joselin was attentive, the location picturesque and we would highly recommend as a quiet getaway.

We had an exceptional stay at the cabin! This place is a gem and everything was brand new! There are two cabins on the property, so my fiancé and I rented one cabin for a couple days before our friends joined at the other cabin for the weekend. It’s even better than the photos! The highlight has to be the glass wall facing the creek - it felt like waking up in a treehouse with the most peaceful view. We enjoyed morning coffee sitting Creekside, watched ducks fly by, and soaked up the stars next to the fire pit. The house itself is beautiful yet cozy. Most importantly it was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and all the appliances are top of the line. We cooked, read by the fireplace, and totally unplugged. The loft bed was super comfortable, and the view from up there is unreal. We loved how private and quiet it felt, but it was still really easy to get into both Kingston and Saugerties for dinner and exploring. The location is perfect if you want nature and restaurants.

The grounds and the two properties offered by Lisa and Billy are so beautiful and peaceful, the house and the gardens were a lovely setting for a holiday family get-together. Lisa is incredibly responsive and thoughtful, and we really appreciated her flexibility in helping us get settled in a space that suited my elderly parents' needs. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable, the great room spacious enough for adults to enjoy meals, two preschool age girls to play, and two dogs to have a place to relax and not be underfoot. The decor and the gardens invite reflection and repose - if you walk the gardens you will hear birds and a brook in the background. We came from out of state to visit family but I would recommend Westhall to anyone looking for a country retreat not far from the City. Brimming with ideas and suggestions for everything from activities to restaurants to nearby stores to pick up provisions, Lisa is a consummate hostess and all of our needs were met this week.

We had a fantastic week at Justin’s house in Amenia. It was beautiful, private, spacious and although incredibly well appointed, unfussy and perfect for young children. The kids’ bedroom with bunk beds and space to play was perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious — perfect for staying in and cooking meals. The property is also great. We would have spent more time outside except it was very cold! But the kids loved exploring the kids play cabin and “hiking” the drive way. The fireplace is stunning and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved setting a warm fire every evening. It was a wonderful place to spend the last week of winter break. I’m from the area and loved visiting spots in Millbrook too, just a short 15 min drive away. We would love to stay again!

This was a perfect place to escape to after our wedding in Poughquag. The cabin is very inviting, the space is peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed hearing the owls at night, and seeing the woodland creatures through all the big windows. We very much enjoyed hiking up to the lookout, just be sure to use tick repellant!!! David responded immediately to any of my inquiries and was beyond accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Hutton Brickyards. We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open while we stayed there (Sun-Tuesday), but want to stay again in the future (on a weekend) to indulge. Was a tranquil, relaxing experience and we loved our cabin and being able to sit by the river. Wish the cabin came with utensils/soap for the kitchen. Something to remember for the future!

Sean’s place was the perfect getaway from the craziness of the city. The home itself was beautiful and well-equipped, and it was surrounded by nature and tranquility. We even saw a bunch of deer hanging around! Loved the fireplace and the overall coziness of the place. Very much looking forward to going back!

Incredible air bnb experience. Hosts were extremely hospitable (along with their adorable pups)! Place was cozy, remote, clean, and decorated beautifully. Will definitely be staying here again. They also responded to each question within minutes and even reached out to us when we forgot a couple of things and offered to ship it to us if we weren’t in the area. 10/10 hosts and beyond!

The charming cottage and grounds were perfect for our quiet retreat in a beautiful, private, and natural setting. The cottage is tastefully remodeled with obvious loving care displayed in the elegant simplicity. We enjoyed every aspect of each well thought-out and tastefully furnished room. The cottage was spotless and fully supplied. The many large windows provide a feeling of spaciousness that brings the outdoors indoors. The large covered deck provides an appealing outdoor living area. The large and artfully designed kitchen window takes maximum advantage of the mountain-top view. The large rolling grounds are kept in a very natural setting encouraging you to stroll out to the pond or sit and watch the birds and deer enjoy the surrounding forest. The hosts were very communicative, responsive, and pleasant to deal with. The day of our arrival, they suggested an SUV to deal with the very steep paved driveway, just in time for us to switch our rental car to an SUV which worked well.

Stayed here with friends and family for my husband's art opening at Wassaic Project. The location was perfect! Design style of the house was perfect for us and the main kitchen/gathering space was gorgeous. Bedrooms were wonderful, especially the primary with the outdoor shower off the bathroom. We enjoyed two meals on the deck and had more than enough room to spread out in different areas of the home. Each bedroom opened to the deck, which was lovely. Kitchen was the most stocked I've ever experience in any Airbnb. Tons of attention to detail, including the art and extra comfy Parachute linens. It did get a little toasty for us upstairs when we were cooking in the evening but cooled off in the with the deck doors open. We all agreed to a return trip in the future! Just a lovely experience.

This place the atmosphere the surroundings it was all so lovely and needed, the price paid off. I loved the views the water and the shower outside. The bed was so comfortable very clean the place overall was very comfy I felt so comfortable. I recommend this place for a stay if you love to be away from people and need calmness. Everything was on spot from the house, the area outside to everything included. Thankyou so much for this, 10/10

Beautiful, quiet setting, lovely furniture, all the amenities. Clean and comfortable, and a short drive to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails.

Phoebe was hard at work in the yard when I arrived but stopped to handle checkin and orientation. Everything very easy to follow.
