A beautiful location close to the woods. Around the corner, there is a sand dune and you can drive to the woods. The chalet has a spacious garden that is certainly dog friendly. The chalet itself was spacious and neat. Definitely recommended!

We stayed with 3 adults and two toddlers and the space was completely sufficient. There was also enough board game material available on rainy days and the children still got a lot of painting utensils from Marieke. The kids were very happy about that. Outside in the garden it was very idyllic and in the summer it was certainly nice to sit outside by the pond comfortably in the evening. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. we lacked nothing. The communication with Marieke was great. She was always very accessible and proactively suggested activities. All around a very successful week :) Thank you very much for that.

We were there in June, four of us – despite the rain and colder temperatures, we were able to enjoy our stay thanks to the sauna and the heated pool, which was our highlight! We were very warmly welcomed, the accommodation is really great – we can only recommend it and will definitely come back. The adjacent forest is great for walking and Groningen and Leeuwarden are each just under 30 minutes away by car.

This is a beautiful airbnb in a forested location; peaceful and quiet. There is ample seating outside to enjoy the natural surroundings. It’s a very charming place to stay; we loved it!

A wonderful place! Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, thanks to the playground and the swimming pool a Valhalla for children. The cottage is equipped with all comforts, spacious bedrooms, wonderful kitchen and very nice garden. We were here in the spring, but can totally imagine that it is enjoyable every season. We had two beautiful days at the house. It is quiet. There are also two supermarkets in the village. There is a lot to do in the region. But the house also invites you to linger. Both saunas were really great. We'll be sure to recommend

With a group of friends of 5 people, we stayed three nights in this AirBnB on a small-scale park. There were few other guests in the park, so we could enjoy the nice jacuzzi and garden. Unfortunately, for the (unheated) pool, the temperature outside was just a bit too cold. Inside is a lot of space, the cottage is much larger in terms of seating space than for 5-6 people. The beds (a total of 6 sleeping places) were excellent. With two refrigerators, six burners (gas stove) and a spacious dishwasher, the kitchen was also great, although unfortunately there was no towel or tea towel available to dry the hands and small dishes. It is also nice that there are two toilets (one of which is separate), but the door to the bathroom with toilet cannot be locked and does not close completely. Arrival is fine, with some information from the host in advance via the app and on site instructions to get to the right cottage at the small bungalow park. All in all a great stay in a nice area!

We had a wonderful weekend with our son (8) in Johannes' cottage. What attention has been paid to the construction and furnishing of this cottage, wonderfully how many details Johannes has managed to add, we recognized objects that our grandmother used to cook with or that were in her kitchen. The beds are comfortable, the cottage is equipped with every comfort. Bicycles are available, but you can also go many ways from here by car. We hope to come back again to see more of the area.

Had a wonderful weekend. Spacious rooms which made it an extra pleasant stay. Cozy furnished and the house has everything you need/can wish for. Simply great!

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in Geert's cozy cottage. It is very idyllic and quiet, located directly on a small lake, and we were able to unwind wonderfully. Geert was easily accessible and friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. We liked it so much that we booked the next vacation with Geert right away.

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

we had a nice time in the house and think it is a special place. the closet beds were great for the children and we enjoyed it very much, a lot of space in the kitchen and in the living room.

The stay at Robert's place was great! The large living room with kitchen is superbly equipped and the garden is beautifully green and quiet. You are right on the campsite and can also visit a nice café there or walk to the nearby lake. Perfect for an extended weekend with 4 people + dog

We really liked the house! The location is wonderfully quiet and idyllic – perfect for unwinding. Especially the river directly on the property makes the stay extra special. The house itself is very nice, clean and ideal for a relaxing holiday. We felt completely comfortable!

Super nice apartment, nice quiet and clean. Perfectly located, parking in front of the door, in a parking garage and it wasn't expensive. You can walk into the city in no time. Where you will arrive in the beautiful center of Zwolle. The Jumbo is within walking distance, easy for when you want to eat or have a drink in the apartment, etc. In short, a top stay!!

If you want a weekend away in the Netherlands (in our case) and also with 2 adults and 4 children, you pay the main price everywhere for a place to stay. For this house, it was just fun and completely for the luxury we got in return, but also that there was also something left to do some things with the children next to the stay alone. And the contact was very nice, understanding and with quick responses. Was a weekend what felt like a week.

We stayed with 5 friends between the ages of 25 - 30 for a long weekend in this beautiful house. The house exactly matches the description and pictures, the two house owners were very kind and accommodating without being intrusive. They even provided us with eggs from their own chickens. The house is situated in a village with a small supermarket and a drugstore and a small "vending machine village shop", everything is within walking distance. By car, several larger villages, with a variety of different restaurants, sights and various activities, can be reached in less than half an hour. Our goal was to have a nice time with our friends and our expectations were more than met, we highly recommend the place to anyone! Thanks for the stay!

The location of the house is unique. This makes it super quiet. The garden is shaded by the tall trees, which is an advantage in high summer. In spring, it's cooler during the day. This has not further affected our stay. We enjoyed the time very much.

place was wonderful, clean space which was exactly as described. it's very kid friendly with lots of toys and card games. the place was very cosy and homely

We were in this beautiful house for an extended weekend. Everything is as shown in the photos and as described. The house is top equipped, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional...very nice directly on the water with its own jetty. From there you can make many excursions, cycling, etc. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and with lots of helpful information. We say thank you for the wonderful stay and maybe until next time.

Upon our arrival, we met Aly by chance and she was immediately very friendly. The house looked neat and clean and the peace that prevailed is great when the weather is a little better, I think. For us, it was a couple of nights as we went to ride the Elfstedentocht with the motorbike and did not see much of the immediate surroundings. But certainly a place to come back to even without motorcycles and then explore the area. Aly, thank you so much for letting us stay with you and your family and hopefully see you next time.
