To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

The houses in the park are both permanently occupied and rented for vacation. You can enjoy hiking, biking and mountain biking in the area. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easily accessible. The house is completely and stylishly decorated and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.

Our farm was built completely new in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit comfortably. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with private bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

What is "Op zijn Zweeds"? A fully furnished cozy home (former living area of the farm) with its own entrance, full of comforts and also wheelchair accessible. Plenty of opportunities to spend time outside the house privately. Extras we offer for a fee: - Grocery shopping when you prefer not to do it yourself in these times. - Providing a hot meal that is served in the B&B.

At the edge of the village of Bakkeveen, on a former farmyard, is our Romneyloods, which is furnished as a spacious guesthouse with lots of privacy. The detached accommodation is furnished with all sorts of comforts and overlooks the Frisian countryside. Ideal location for peace seekers, cyclists and hikers who want to enjoy the forests and heathlands of Bakkeveen.

Welcome! Bed &Breakfast 'Mekelermeer' is a nice stay for 2 persons included breakfast. ckeck in is after 14.00 h. check out is round 12.00 h. 2 nights is the minimum stay. The interior is very cosy. You have a marvellous vue over garden and fields. There is hardly any traffic. Only some farmer business. A perfect place to 'slow down' .

Camping Pod

Deze 2 persoons zeer knusse, gezellige “trekkershutten” zijn nieuw op onze camping. De Pods zijn voorzien van een eenvoudige keuken met onder andere een koelkastje, kookplaat, bestek enz. De Pods zijn niet voorzien van stromend water, hiervoor kunt u de sanitaire voorzieningen van de camping gebruiken.
