Central apartment at top floor

Attractive apartment located very-first on Amager in classical redbrick property from 1924. Here you live centrally and with everything at your fingertips including within walking distance of Christianshavn Torv / Metro Station. (approximately 600 meters) The apartment: Beautiful and welcoming hall with access to all rooms. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with granite floor and white wall tiles. Bright living room with beautiful hardwood floors. An almost equally large bedroom facing the courtyard. You live on the top floor, get a little exercise by walking up to the fifth floor (or sixth if you are from the US). Please note there's no lift and 97 stairs from street level to the flat. There are plenty of shops, takeaways and coffee places in the area The apartment is easy to reach by public transportation: When arriving with train it's a 12-13 min busride with 5A og 2A from the central station. When arriving from the airport the traveltime to my apartment is around 17 min. Take the Metro and the jump of at 'Amagerbro St.' From there it's a 600 m walk.

Lækker ny-renoveret lejlighed midt på Amager med stort lysindfald. Tæt på KBH centrum og tæt på metroen. Lejligheden fremstår i lyse farver og er fuldstændig renoveret. Der er 2 soveværelser med trekvarte senge og et skrivebord med siddeplads. Køkkenet er lyst og funktionelt med ovn, kogeplader og køleskab - særdeles veludstyret. Cozy Studio in Copenhagen close to the Lakes

The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
