Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

The enjoyment takes place in the countryside, filled with nature and good views directly over Arresø. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Astrid's garden house - Green oasis 15 min to CPH

Charming small cottage of 20 sqm in closed garden with lots of roses; 7 min walk from Vangede Station. The house is new and built like an old train wagon. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.
