Beautiful expansive grounds and a nice patio area for relaxing or BBQing. Note: this is the apartment on the ground floor, not the main house and does not have a balcony, but has a patio.

Minutes away from Dodger Stadium, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown Glendale, and more. Unit was remodeled in 2015 and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.
