Beautiful spacious country cottage with Hot Tub

EileenRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
A very beautiful cottage in a private setting. We were met by George on arrival. George was very friendly and informative. We instantly felt right at home. Welcome basket on the kitchen table was a lovely touch. We settled in very quickly and with ease as parking was right outside the cottage. We enjoyed the very clean hot tub in the evenings after our busy days out as well as excellent carryout deliveries. Quality of food was very good. Another highlight was watching the various types of birds feeding, which we could see from the kitchen table and seating area. Especially the Woodpecker which made a regular appearance. We all enjoyed a truly relaxing break in very comfortable and private surroundings. Our check-in and check-out was effortless. Thank you George and Amanda, we will certainly be back.

We had an amazing few days staying on the farm. Elaine was really helpful as soon as we arrived, giving us recommendations for things to do in the area and having the hot tub heated up, this made it really easy to settle in. There was also a welcome pack provided on arrival too, which included Prosecco, biscuits and crisps. It also included a really helpful booklet, which showed things to do in the area, including walks, places to eat and other activities. This only helped in making us feel more at home As for the property itself, we were in the middle pod of 3 but it felt so private and secluded with great views all around you. The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous here as well. The inside of the pod was immaculate on arrival and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was lovely, you could easily spend all day in it if you chose to as the fire wood was well stocked and it was maintained by Nick and Elaine every day. We could not recommend this more, it was a lovely trip for us.

4 Bed in Ayr (90038)

AnitaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We booked this cottage as a meeting place for family coming together for a wedding in Ayr. Half from Buckinghamshire in England and the other half flying in from Austin Texas. Youngest 25 and eldest nearly 90! The accommodation was a perfect fit for us all. Plenty of space to spread out. Gorgeous, peaceful outlook to sit and watch the wildlife or to take a stroll along the path to the front of the property. Local restaurant The Holly Bush is very close, with wonderful views. Food was delicious and the owner super friendly and welcoming. Dumfries House is well worth a visit. With its free gardens to explore and take in nature. Plenty to keep all ages entertained. We also visited the beach at Maidens. Paddled in the sea, strolled along the pathway to take in a drink at the Ropes Bistro. A visit in to Lagg, another stroll along the seafront and a stop for tea and scones at Nardini's which is best known for its Ice Cream. Loch Doon Castle is worth a visit to take in the scenery alone.

Coylton Cottage with Private Hot Tub

RachaelRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Not only does the place look fantastic but it is extremely homey and comfortable. The host Lynne was super prepared for our stay and had a high chair set up for our baby along with baby wipes readily available. A lovely welcome pack left in the fridge for us which was greatly appreciated. The property had so much to offer from a large spacious garden with a games garage with a pool table and plenty of garden games, A hot tub and patio furniture (All of which in fabulous condition) to beautiful soft furnishing indoors, with comfortable bedding and fresh towels on each bed. An excellent kitchen with all the things you would need and a local shop at the end of the road that’s easily accessible. Short drive to Ayr beach and all that has to offer also so is perfect to be able to enjoy the sea side but come back to a quiet residential space at the end of the day. 10/10 stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

The photos really do not do this place justice, and is much bigger in person! The property was so cosy and comfortable for our group of 8 which included 2 small children. The surroundings were beautiful, I cannot fault it at all. A perfect place.

Sunnyside Cottage, Straiton

SiobhanRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Sunnyside. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed - probably the most well-stocked Air BnB I’ve stayed in. The milk and snacks left for our arrival were an added bonus. Communication with Peter was excellent and there was lots of helpful information in the booklet. The garden leading down to the river was very picturesque and peaceful. We enjoyed really nice walks around the village using one of the many guides in the cottage, and day trips including Kircudbright, the coast and Glasgow. We also enjoyed making use of the record player and Scrabble in the cottage in the evenings after a day exploring.

Burnside Cottage

HelenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay. The property is on a country estate and there are walls within the estate that the owners kindly give access to. The property is in a quiet and peaceful location but the drive to Ayr or the coast is not too long. We were really comfortable at the property.

Strathaven cottage & outdoor BBQ Hut pets welcome

NadineRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Our stay was fantastic and the communication was amazing. We had 2 children & a dog with us and the attention to detail for things we might need was impeccable 😊 All of the little extras - easter eggs and activity packs for the children as we stayed easter weekend, are what makes a place stand apart. The house is beautiful and lots of space. I can't speak highly enough of our experience. Will definitely be back 😀

Wee Bothy at Carnell Estates

KatriRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay at the Wee Bothy! Our flight was delayed for a whole day but the communication with Adrienne was very good and she even offered us an extra night which was very gracious. The cottage was very charming and very well equipped and the bed was comfortable with luxurious bedding and feather pillows. It was a nice touch to have bird feeders in front of the living room window so that we were able to watch the birds from the sofa. The estate and the gardens were vast and beautiful and we even bumped into Michael who gave us a little tour of the grounds on his cart. Do watch out for the pheasants when arriving by car as they do wander on the roads.

Artist Cottage -

We booked this place on the same day having been let down by other accommodation. 5pm at night. The accommodation was perfect for us and Arthur was able to sort everything out for us despite giving the very little notice. The walk to Troon along the coast through the golf course on a very sunny day was truly spectacular. Lovely place & very much appreciated.
Cottage in Eaglesham

1 Bed in Eaglesham (83392)

JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We absolutely loved our week at your cottage in Eaglesham. Gill and Nigel are so friendly and helpful. The cottage has character on the outside and newly renovated on the inside. Beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. Loved to go down and see the blacknose sheep. The patio is great for sitting out and enjoying the peaceful scenery or having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Cottage is well equipped with anything you could need. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels supplied. Nice big living room and sofa. Fireplace is nice, we didn't need it as it was unusually warm in Scotland last few weeks. I had a soak in the nice big tub after the long journey from Canada to relax. You can walk into town in about 15 minutes and Glasgow is about a 30 minute drive. Gillian suggested some great places to eat or just go for a pint. Shops in town to pick up some groceries and essentials. Wi-fi was very good also. We will be returning. Thank you Gill and Nigel!

Really enjoyed the two nights we spent here, very quiet and peaceful which was just what we wanted! There is a lovely bistro that is about a 5/10 minute walk and a lovely loch not too far away which gives you something to do during the day. The house was lovely, very clean and had everything you need. Would definitely recommend
