Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Inside, you'll find a traditional open fireplace, wooden beams and lots of exposed brick. The cosy sitting room is the perfect place to hunker down on cooler evenings, there's ample sofa space for six and a TV to watch films. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom and bathroom.

Spend your days in a traditional Finnish log cabin with a grass roof. Step outside and be enveloped by rhododendrons and enjoy sitting in front of a fire pit or a BBQ amongst trees and nature. The main room is for sleeping and living with a super-king size bed, table, TV, 2 easy chairs. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Cabin is not fenced in. Adjacent to Ringwood Forest where you will find a cycle trail, Moors Valley Country Park, a golf course and a lake.
