Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. Lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with private access & courtyard Patio in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Ansty, Tisbury - Spacious Annex

Our annex features two spacious double bedrooms ensuite with super kingsize beds which can be split into single beds upon request. One ensuite includes a bath and shower, while the other has a shower. There is NO kitchen but there is a dining area/room with fridge, microwave and kettle and we supply milk, coffee and tea and continental breakfast. Bookings for 2 guests include access to one double bedroom. If you would like to use both bedrooms, please select 3 or 4 guests when booking.

The Studio, Poole (Detatched with private garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

Sid’s Place is located on our equestrian property on the Dorset/Hampshire border which is equal in distance between the pretty market towns of Wimborne in Dorset and Ringwood in Hampshire making it ideal for exploring both counties. The New Forest National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Coastline are on our doorstep. Adjoining our main property Sid’s Place is totally independent and a perfect place to catch up with nature and get away from busy life!
