The house is located on the Lee side of the dunes, where you will find a lot of wild fauna, from deer, ducks rabbits and pheasants just outside the window, don’t be surprised if the look at you through the glass. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.

We are a family of 4, and we build our lovely beach house by the sea in 2011. We spend most of our holidays here and a lot of weekends too. The sea is beautiful here, the beach is made of sand, and the water is warm on summer days.
