Holiday rentals with a fire pit in East Kootenay

There is an art to living well, and this place nails it. Old school charm meets modern convenience, with beautiful objects everywhere. Yard was a godsend.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was spotless and the host was fantastic at communicating. The beds were extremely comfy and we loved the master shower. We also enjoyed visits to the zoo and science museum during our short stay. From a location standpoint, we did struggle a bit with nearby restaurants that were family friendly - there were not a lot of kid friendly places and surprisingly a lot of nearby restaurants/breweries had a “no minors” rule. We ultimately opted for cooking (and the kitchen was great for it!).

Jenna and Rick were great hosts, very responsive to any questions. Their suite had everything we needed and was close to some great walking/biking trails! Beds were comfy and the suite was clean and tidy! Would definitely stay here again.

We had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay! The place was very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful providing clear instructions and a lot of recommendations. Location is really good too since it’s close to the airport and downtown but in a quiet area.

This was our second time here. The time goes so quick. It definitely feels like our home away from home. The place is perfect, everything you could possibly need is supplied. I wish my home was this clean and peaceful. My kids cry when we have to go leave. All my kids talk about is when we will return to their beloved "White House". I miss the place already. It's a paradise and located very near to all of the activies we enjoy doing. Can't wait to return next year! Thank you for letting us stay at such a lovely home.

Priti's home was an amazing getaway. It has everything you need, and the house is specifically labelled and stocked. It provides for anyone that loves to cook. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome, and the downstairs entertainment room allowed us to stream the hockey playoffs. Very dog friendly with bowls, toys and outdoor ties. It gives a private, forest feeling without being tucked far away. It is so close to Fairmont Resort, offering lots of golf, hiking and hot springs options. Apart from the home itself, Priti's communication was next level. Anything we needed she was there with a quick reply. One of the best air bnb experiences we've ever had!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Heather’s beautiful home! It was the perfect base for our 3 day visit to the Canmore/Banff area. It is in a quiet, residential area but only 10 minutes to hiking trails, shops and restaurants in Canmore and 30-60 minutes to Banff with a large selection of great trails. The Banff park pass provided was very handy! The home is well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy for a couple of meals in and when we had to spend most of one day inside due to the rain. The bed and linens are very comfortable and the breakfast supplies and snacks were ample and greatly appreciated. Heather was very friendly and always super responsive. We highly recommend this lovely home and would definitely stay there again if we are fortunate enough to be back in this lovely area.

The condo was most comfortable, spotlessly clean, and close walking distance to cafes, shops and grocery store in the trendy area of Kensington. Tola was a very accessible host and responded quickly to any questions. My stay was very enjoyable and felt like home. I highly recommend staying here!

A lovely place to stay in the Crowsnest Pass. Alyssa and Sebastian were wonderfully responsive and made us feel right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and the location right in downtown Coleman makes it great for exploring the area. Would definitely book again!

We were a group of five women traveling to Banff for a girls’ trip and had a lovely time. It was easy to walk downtown and the view of the mountains was incredible. My one suggestion: get some blinds for the bedrooms/cover for skylight that actually block out light. When the sun sets so late it we found it hard to get to sleep! Thanks so much!

Second stay for work in less than two weeks. Quiet unit, didn't hear any noise from neighbouring units. Jen & Steven promptly addressed a minor issue and were very responsive before and during the stay. Coffee pods, tea and chocolates in the room, bottled water in the fridge were a nice touch. The parking spot, located on P3, accommodated an SUV. Didn't need the park pass, but it was there on the kitchen table. Village ice cream and Sunterra Market are just a couple blocks away.

Went with family to explore Banff..very nice location and convenient to nearby attractions.. Regan is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Responded to my requests quickly. Will sure will book again moving forward. And will recommend to others also.

Had a great stay at Clare's place. Was as described and in fact more spacious than looked in the photos. Had all the amenities we needed, and was very peaceful. Clare & George were very friendly and responsive to any asks. A lovely place for our 4 nights in Bragg Creek and will definitely stay again.

This was an amazing and unique place to stay. A lot of it was decoration, but there were quite a bit that were still functional, and it was fun to try (ie. popping the lid from an old coke bottle). The bed was soft and easy to sleep. Bathroom was spacious. Sadly, it rained too much for us to use the fire pit. Very quiet location. Would highly recommend this.

The stay was really nice. The surrounding of so peaceful and scenic, exactly like the pictures. The host was so friendly and responsive. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to all our friends and family.

My family and I stayed here for a get away vacation. The space is very nice and cozy, with the most up to date appliances, clean and very spacious. The outside deck was beautiful along with the fire pit and hot tub. Excellent place to stay!

When life brings us to Calgary Rhiannon's cabins on the river are always our first choice of where to stay. The cabins are located on the banks of the Elbow River. There is a treed yard with outdoor seating, more seating on the lower deck, and even more seating on the upper deck. (note that one of the cabins has had the upper deck removed). Although I call them cabins because of the natural setting, the houses are comfortably furnished throughout, and the kitchens are very well equipped. The cabins are very close to the river, and stairs are involved inside the cabins. Rhiannon does not suggest that these houses are accessible to persons with mobility issues and people should not assume that they are. The neighbourhood is a quiet one with walking access to stores and restaurants and bakeries. There is nearby access to Calgary's light rail transit system and beautiful river trails in both directions

Surprisingly peaceful and clean little hideaway with a nice view. I can hardly wait until the sauna is finished

Lovely cabin! We stayed here while visiting family in Calgary. This is so much nicer for us than downtown Calgary; nothing wrong with Calgary...Spacious outdoor area right by the river. Lots of games and books (including DELUXE scrabble). I'll miss my riverside morning coffee bench. Kitchen well equipped, wanted for nothing. Big windows, lots of light. Didn't use fireplace. BBQ worked well. Hot water and pressure good. Thermostat etc easy to use. Can't find a fault. We will be back!

While it is expensive.. at least these Air Bnb owners at put in effort to ensure an enjoyable stay. I really appreciated the little things which were present for this stay including abundant condiments in the fridge / cooking oil, lots of available games, barbeque ready to go. The place has a beautiful backyard which we enjoyed lots of, although would be nice to go when there isn't a fire ban and enjoy the campfire. They communicated well and promptly. It was clean and cute inside. Space for a couple mountain bikes in the side entrance was nice. It's right in town in Blairemore, and 1 block away from the bottom of the Pass powderkeg trails which are great mtn biking. Thanks for the stay!

Our family of four and pet, enjoyed staying at Jane’s very quiet, cosy cabin. Great weather allowed for some awesome views from the deck above. Cabin is well equipped and Jane is a great host, always available and very responsive. Thank you Jane. Hope to stay again!

This place is so cute and has a really nice view of the mountains. The beds were all very comfortable, and we had a nice relaxing stay. We were also impressed at how clean and bug-free it was, considering it's in the middle of the woods. Definitely a great home base for local hiking. Tina and Steve were very responsive to any questions we had, and were very communicative.
