The flat was airy and elegant with an unexpected bonus of beautiful shared gardens around the apartment building. It had lovely period features styled in a modern scheme, with high ceilings and a sense of space. It was very nice indeed to have two bathrooms. We didn’t like that the guest WiFi had no password. We liked the security arrangements on the building and the apartment itself, and parking was very convenient, as was the location near the centre of town. Helen was a great host and sorted out a small problem for us in super-quick time. We had the feeling she would be there if we needed anything but was not obtrusive in any way.

The Nicest place to stay in Skegness. Lovely and modern. Very clean and spacious. Had everything you need for a few days away. Great location just a short walk to the centre. Hosts are friendly and helpful. We will deffinately be back in the future!

This Airbnb is in an amazing spot in Lincoln, so central and on the same street as bus and train stations so it’s ideal for getting around. The apartment was perfect, was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact it had a washing machine. The host was very kind and had good response times, had even brought me some portable heaters personally to use after I expressed a concern! I’d definitely stay again I loved my time here, such a lovely little apartment in an amazing location.

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay in a perfect location. Very close to the cathedral and all shops and restaurants, with a parking space too which makes life so much easier. We will definitely return!

Super easy parking and clear and easy access into the flat which was immaculately clean and ready to enjoy. All the basics were there and the Sainsburys Local almost opposite was ideal to top up with. Had lunch at the Horse & Groom which is at the end of the road and had a great meal. Sam's apartment was exactly as described and perfect for my stay while working in the surrounding area. Very comfortable and felt at home straight away, clean, tidy and very easy to find with allocated parking space. Highly recommended.

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

Sarah’s place was a perfect hideaway for a couple of nights whilst I was attending an event nearby. The studio is spotless and well appointed throughout. Pristine bathroom, fluffy towels, comfy bed and private. It was peaceful with no traffic noise in a cute village. Sarah was very helpful and responsive. A flawless experience.

A lovely peaceful place to stay and the hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. The apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you could need and an overall feeling of quality. Some really nice and welcome treats on arrival too! The addition of a few basics such as cooking oil would be perfect!

It was great time .The hot tub was clean and bubbly .The whole place was warm and fun .Best place for relaxation and staycation .The host was very helpful and responsive.Though we came late she stayed there and gave a quick orientation and even made the tub for us loved it🥰

A great find, ideal for birding at RSPB Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore. Quiet, very comfortable & well equipped, though didn't get chance to try the hot tub with the weather! Hope to return.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places.
