Fabulous place to stay everything was as described thank you Nadine for making our trip enjoyable we would definitely book again .

Had a fantastic few days in Cleethorpes visiting from Australia to see family. Gill's place was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

We arrived to a lovely clean van airbnb had an issue sending us the check in code but was soon sorted by Joe. There was no clutter and everything was nice and clean. There was a hoover which is a must with dogs once emptied it was a great. We took our own bedding as not included which was no hassle but the beds themselves were very clean. We did have abit of an issue with ants but again Joe soon got it sorted. The van itself was fantastic in a lovely spot on a quiet site. I would definitely stay again. Joe as a host was outstanding nothing was too much trouble.

me and my partner with our 8 year old daughter and our 2year old french bulldog had a lovely 2night stay with easy access to the beach and an easy 5 min walk to the rides at fantasy island. the caravan was perfect for the price and location also I just want to mention that the shower was alot better than previous caravan stays...was very powerful and very warm which is a massive bonus when wanting to start the day off or at the end of a busy day the owner was very helpful with our booking as well we will definitely be returning in the future for some more shorts breaks away

Sam was kind, very helpful and replied to our questions promptly. It was a beautiful place.

This is a lovely caravan witb lots of helpful, little touches that you dont get everywhere else (toilet roll, washing up liquid, tea towels!). Very comfortable and clean. My only very minor criticism is that the pillows in the bedrooms are not very good, other than that it was perfect and we will likely book again.

Had a very nice stay, short walk to shops and seaside. Dog friendly place, but noticed streets and also area around accommodation was very clean. Beautiful beach, which families would enjoy. Unspoiled as there are only a few cafes. Cyclists can get on a safe track to ride from Mablethorpe to Skegness, maybe further. Loads of takeaways near, and a lovely Italian Restaurant, where I had a birthday meal. Quiet place if you like that, good for visits to nearby resorts.

What a fantastic gem to find. Loved the whole place and location, perfect for lovely dog walks along the beach, very peaceful and lots of wildlife in the garden. Comfy beds, clean throughout the property. Close to local amenities, the Trawlerman pub is very accommodating, accepts dogs in the pub area, we were lucky enough to have good weather and sit in the beer garden. Our 3 pooches loved their break away, so much so they have demanded we return!! Thank you for having us Allan. X

Place felt bigger than the photos. Really responsive host. We raised a minor maintenance issue on arrival and it got sorted out really quickly.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Adrian’s caravan and once again cannot fault anything. As a party of 5 (3 adults 2 children) the caravan accomodated us perfectly in terms of space and amenities. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle which ingoldmells inevitably brings. Adrian was faultless as a host again, very responsive, helpful, polite and even worked it so we could have a slightly earlier check in. Definitely recommended will definitely be looking to visit again.

Staying in Kirsty’s caravan for the weekend was a much needed and lovely getaway. It had all the basic necessities we needed, and my son loved the caravan space to play in and explore. The area that the caravan was located was fairly close to the beach, and there were other activities that you could do within the area, I.e., mini golf/arcade. Kirsty was very responsive and understanding of certain situations, which we were thankful for. The only downside was that the games had missing pieces, however the rest of the stay was great!

Roberta was very accommodating from start to finish. The venue was perfect for us and the kids (aged 9 and 6) and the location, allowing us full use of the Haven Cleethorpes Beach holiday park, was amazing. Very responsive on communication with some essentials already there in the caravan, which was great. Shower was hot and beds comfy. No complaints at all :)

Beautiful chalet, beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a lot of things provided such as toilet roll, teabags, dvds. My son is a full time wheelchair user and found it easy to manouver the living space. The outside seating area is lovely. The chalet site was super quiet, any other holiday makers and locals were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely homely unit! Very easy spot to find! Close to all the main site amenities and short walking distance to seaside. Lovely little touches with kids toy box and the nostalgia of playing the old ps2! Michaela was extremely helpful with information regarding site passes and swimming prices and times. Was a brilliant short little getaway with my 3 girls, definitely will book again!

Kokomo is a magical place. A beautiful beach cabin with lovely sea side vibes and decor. Truly a home from home with everything you need being so well equipped and thoughtful. We luckily had a week of glorious sunshine, enjoying the beach and dunes that the chalet looks across. Sitting outside in the sunloungers, listening to and watching the birds and wild life was a feast for the senses. Eating al fresco style under the awning with a generous table and benches, surrounded by wild rosemary and wonderful shrubs and fairy lights also made it such a memorable stay. We enjoyed every minute and hope to return. The wider Humberston fitties is a little slice of heaven too, on the edge of the nature reserve and a fabulous setting to totally unwind, recharge and enjoy nature. Thank you so much to Claire, a wonderful host, for sharing her slice of paradise.

Amazing stay at Damien’s caravan! Prior to booking Damien was so responsive and helpful in answering all questions, this continued throughout the stay. The caravan was in a great location, close to beach and bars, it had everything we needed! Great for visiting Skegness and Ingoldmells Prior to check in Damien asked if we could check in slightly later due to moving, this was fine by us. Damien explained that we could stay an extra night due to this, we thought this was amazing and the kids were so excited! The caravan was clean and the beds were so comfy. The price is amazing and I would 100% recommend this stay to anyone! We will be returning in the future. Thanks again!

Another great stay at the caravan. So much to do and everything we did was walkable, Skegness only 30 mins away. Local chinese, pub and fish and chip shop are amazing.

The chalet is a wonderful, quirky space, full of beach house charm. The large light filled living and dining space has everything you need. We particularly liked the well stoked games cupboard. It has two small bedrooms and a great bathroom with lovely hot shower and lots of towels provided. The kitchen is well stoked with everything you need and there is a sweet little porch and great storage room. The garden space was lovely and a proper little sun trap in the afternoon. Location is wonderful, you are tucked away at the end of "The Fitties" in a quiet corner, moments from the beach and the nature reserve. We loved being able to walk straght out from the chalet to explore. Stunning scenery and easy to reach Cleethorpes if you want a bit more excitement. Martin was super helpful with any questions we had and with check-in. We had a wonderful little last minute break and would love to come back.
