"A cute one bedroom holiday cottage, suitable for two people" Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this one bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed. The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for two people, a television and log burner. An outside table and chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining. The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to each holiday. Please refer to the cleaning and sanitisation page on our website for more information. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking. Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles is available. A travel cot and one additional rollaway bed can be provided at an additional cost, please contact us for more information before booking. Welcome to our happy place. Memories and dreams are made here..... We are situated on the edge of the Tattershall Lakes Country Park and away from the road on a quiet cul Dr sac. A little Riverbank runs along the back of our holiday home, you can follow it into the villages of Tattershall and Coningsby, taking in the magnificent Tattershall Castle on the way. We have 2 bedrooms. A kingsized bed with small ensuite and a twin single bedroom or can be made as a double bed. We also have a sofa bed and of course our wonderful Hot Tub/ Spa. We're fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing, memorable stay. Beds are made for your arrival and tea/coffee or wine/beer will be waiting for you.....

What can I say about The Firs? The word luxury doesn't do it justice, as soon as we walked through the door we were in ore of the building and it's surroundings. The amenities were fantastic, our personal favourites being the balcony with sun lounges, hot tub and pool table! The house is also decorated with a stylish, luxurious The decor. The kitchen is a stand out feature The owners were reliable, had brilliant communication and even gave us a recommendation to a beautiful restaurant called Quayside Hotel! They couldn't do enough. The on site groundsman was also super friendly and even borrows us his tandem bike! We will be back next year!

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!
