Holiday rentals with a patio in East Los Angeles

Really enjoyed my stay at Juan’s guesthouse. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. I slept well and there are so many great restaurants in the area. Less than a 10 minute drive from Dodger Stadium. Highly recommend for anyone visiting LA.

My partner and I were in LA/Glendale for our anniversary trip and this was such a nice quiet oasis for us. It’s a very simple unit but that’s all we needed. It was obviously well kept, safe, had plenty of basics stocked. We loved the area and would absolutely stay again given the chance!

Enjoyed our stay, lots of resturants nearby. This was my first experience booking a place on AirBNB. Everything went smooth from checkin to checkout. Beautiful unit.

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

It's my first time booking an Airbnb and I think I did a great job choosing Tina's place. She was very welcoming, responsive and friendly. Everything was on point, from bathroom to kitchen essentials, she got you. I had to leave on a short notice than planned but she didn't give me a hard time, she understood. I would definitely recommend and book her anytime I need a vacation in DTLA. P.S ; ITS SUPER SAFE.

This Silverlake flat was one of the best air bnb’s we’ve stayed in, location, amenities, communication, all top notch.. The extra touches including wine, snacks, coffee and tea, French press, nice soaps, were much appreciated. We especially loved living in a flat created by two people with amazing taste and concern for our happiness, thank you Alfonso and Liz!

amazing stay! had all the amenities i needed and more. Kimberly was so sweet and immediately responsive to my messages. I was pleasantly surprised by all that she had to offer, i had wished i booked one more night to enjoy it all fully! beautiful private neighborhood & close to Long Beach. Will be back again soon!!

Gerardo’s place was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean, and private. Gerardo himself was also a great host—he was very responsive & helpful at all times. I would recommend this spot.

Perfect stay for our family trip! Lots of space and incredibly clean. The host communicated really well and equipped the house with a lot of essentials. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall we had an enacting experience and would absolutely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Nichola's place and she was extremely helpful whenever we had any questions!

A great spot to stay with family. We were a group of 4 adults and had ample space. The house is cute and clean. The internet is a bit slow. We enjoyed the location that is very central to everything. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked.

My Sister and I both took turns staying at Elise's place during a long period where we were in Southern Cal to care for our father. Her little studio was a peaceful little place we could take moments for ourselves, rest well and just relax. Simple, clean and so quiet. Very nice to be able to park in a carport literally outside your door too. Perfect for a single traveler who is also looking for budget friendly. Thank you, Elise - you're a treasure.

PHENOMENAL! My stay exceeded all expectations in this musical time capsule. This smart home had exciting & inviting energy. My daughter and I felt right at home with all the wonderful amenities. A large plush bed, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking/baking needs, washer & dryer in condo, comfortable couches, but I'd have to say our favorite was the 360 view from rooftop pool. Relaxing in the hot tub at night and enjoying the panoramic skyline of the city was breathtaking. Peter's quick responses and solutions to all my questions was a huge plus. I think the only minor drawback was the parking garage being across the street, but its a short 2-5 minute walk. I recommend this lovely location to anyone and would most definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

Very helpful and communicative

Great location. Safe and gated parking. The property was nice, very spacious and well equipped.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend & I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious & super comfortable. The only challenge is that you have to find parking on the street and the neighbors are not friendly when it comes to that. Everything else was great.

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
