Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Pasadena

We rented this Airbnb at the last moment when the Altadena displaced my elderly mother. I wasn't optimistic about finding a nice place given the demand Airbnb was under. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Williams 2-bedroom unit in Alhambra was perfect. It's roomy, comfortably furnished, and impeccably clean. It is a first-floor unit - completely accessible for someone using a walker (including the walk-in showers). William was responsive whenever I needed to contact him, typically answering questions in minutes (during the day, of course!). The location in Alhambra is very close to main street and many, many restaurants. The apartment itself is on a quiet side street and is far enough from the road to be very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you want to be in the Pasadena/Alhambra/San Gabriel/... area.

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Jason was an absolutely outstanding host. Communication was always quick, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and immediately felt like home. You can really tell that attention was paid to every little detail. We had a fantastic experience and would come back anytime – highly recommended!

The place overall was a great stay. Small and convenient. The room was clean and just like the photos. Parking was included which is nice when LA charges $40 a night at hotels. The area doesn’t look safe but it is right next to a high school and it’s a suburban area. It is a quiet area but you are next to a highway so you hear the sirens and police but we didn’t mind it. I think the only thing is there wasn’t coffee to be made in the mornings but there is a coffee maker. If you need a place that’s cheap and convenient I would deff stay here again. We weren’t inside and most of the time exploring so that helped when it came to expenses. Manny is a great host and is very responsive. A small cute studio for a LA culture experience.

What a gem! We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Nicole's place. It was spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Nicole is an amazing host whose clear communication made everything completely stress-free. Don't hesitate to book this spot!

Keith’s Place Was Perfect For Just The 2 Of Us And Was Very Private Which We Loved

This Airbnb was absolutely incredible. Amazing space with all new furnishings. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Bungalow und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerade als Familie haben wir die ruhige und schöne Wohngegend sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Wenn man Los Angeles im klassischen Sinn erleben will ist Sierra Madre vielleicht etwas abseits, aber uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir die Ruhe dem Trubel abends vorgezogen haben. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen - auch wenn das Bett im großen Schlafzimmer etwas geknarzt hat. Tamera war super schnell und freundlich, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben und konnte alle kleineren Probleme (fehlende Glühbirnen, vergessene Sachen) unkompliziert lösen. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden gewesen mit der Unterkunft. Alles verfügbar was man so braucht. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank und Herd/Backofen/ Mikrowelle waren hochwertig und funktionierten tadellos. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautifully decorated and felt very welcoming. It was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, close to lots of great restaurants, shops, and other local spots. It felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and would love to come back again!

This is a beautiful home. Exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet and, for us, perfectly situated. Iveth is very helpful and an excellent communicator. If we come back to Sierra Madre we will try to come back here.

The guesthouse was a perfect choice for our stay. It was clean, modern, well appointed as well as convenient. Carolyn’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would gladly stay at the guesthouse again if/when our travels take us back to Pasadena.

Very beautiful place. The neighborhood was so nice and everyone there was very friendly/welcoming. The first night I was trying to figure out the lock and Alphonso was very helpful!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Fabulous DTLA apartment. Great living space. Close to restaurants, shops and USC. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. Parking was easily accessible and a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Todo nos pareció excelente, camas y almohadas súper cómodas, nada de colchones inflables y sofá cama, la cocina con todo lo necesario, el espacio excelente para nuestro grupo de 8 adultos, vecindario seguro, garage muy amplio para nuestra supervivencia camioneta de 12 pasajeros….sin duda regresamos!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Nearby to many restaurants, stores, and bars. The parking was easy to get into and the unit was great! Massive kitchen with everything you could need. The street the unit is on is lined with purple trees and it was so stunning. The host was incredibly accommodating by letting us check in very early and gave us the codes right away for everything. Couldn't recommend this place more!!
