We had a wonderful stay at Ellie’s apartment in Brighton. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was cosy, well-equipped, and located in a lovely neighbourhood. It really felt like a home away from home. My girlfriend and I had a great time and are very grateful for such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

What a lovely place to stay .John and Sarah have thought of every possible thing that you would need , bed was super comfortable , flat was finished to a fantastic standard . Location fantastic . Would highly recommend staying here . 😄😄😄

Mick and Linda are wonderful hosts and put so much love and thought into every detail of Fifth Quarter, I’ll definitely come back. The hospitality is outstanding, instructions and suggestions for anything you could ask for are clear and easy to understand. They truly want to make sure that you feel at home. Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely four night stay with our kids. The gardens were very special and we especially enjoyed the outside BBQ and dining space. The house is in a wonderful setting - very peaceful and right next to the train station to Rye and Hastings (ideal if you don't love country roads).

Daniela’s cottage had the perfect size and layout for our little family reunion. It was very clean, tidy and beautiful, which made our holiday special. We particularly enjoyed the garden with its bbq, the well equipped kitchen and the proximity with the Ashdown forest, farm shops and Hever castle. Beds are comfortable which makes it easy to rest. Daniela was very helpful and kindly offered some lovely biscuits for our arrival :) I very much recommend this place and I would love to come back!

Just stayed for 2 nights, wish it had been more. Lovely house, pristine with all amenities that we needed. It is a short walk to local supermarket, and fab that you have a parking space, locked in, so that you don’t have to keep moving the car. The railway track is close by, but that didn’t disturb us. A lovely private patio too. Beds very comfortable and a really powerful shower. Rye is also walkable and Taz gave us masses of ideas for acting and visiting. A lovely town, all independent shops. Lots of artwork and gift items, spoilt for choice. Loved the shop from interior designs, the paper place, items bought. Really worth climbing the steps to the tower in the church, great views. Winchelsea beach towards Pett Level worth walking, Rye Harbour and the Nature Reserve great. Husband loved the Rye Waterworks Micropub, great atmosphere & scotch eggs. A lot of walking done in two nights stay, but worth every minute of it. Make sure you leave both sets of keys behind….unlike us. Enjoy

We loved our stay here! It’s such a lovely old cottage. It’s clean, well kept, everything is spotless and working superbly! Beautiful, modern bathroom, and the bed is absolutely fantastic! So comfy!! Absolutely recommend it and would love to come back! Thank you Sam!

Spent 6 pleasant days at Littleshaw Cottage. Although we went in June the evenings were chilly but the underfloor heating in the cottage kept us warm. All the things we needed, and more, for a comfortable stay were provided. We felt very secure in the cottage as it is in the private grounds of the main house behind a gated driveway. This was our first visit to Kent and there is so much to see. If we returned for another holiday we would like to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Chris’s place. Very cosy cottage with all the amenities you could need. Also delicious scones on arrival! We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Stunning apartment with fantastic views. The apartment has a cosy vibe with a lovely fireplace. A fantastic host, she was quick with responding and made sure we were comfortable and fulfilled our request, all in all 100% recommend booking this gorgeous, cosy place for your countryside getaway, you will not regret it

We LOVED our stay here and plan to come back when our dog ( currently a puppy) is big enough to enjoy the longer walks on offer in the area! Helen is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have met who sent us so many great tips in advance that we could have stayed a few weeks and prob not seen it all. Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

Lovely accommodation just the right area for us, easy to find with clear instructions. Very clean and had all we needed for our stay with convenience store right next door. David responded to any messages very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia.
