Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in East Wittering Beach

What a great place to stay- near to everything in Portsmouth! Walking distance to great little pubs & shopping. Hosts were very quick responding to questions- and kind. Thanks guys.

Great location apartment. Near the seafront. Stayed with another couple so comfortable space for 4 adults. Kitchen had all amenities and comfy sofas to sit and beds very comfy. Easy to find and accessible entry. Opposite a great breakfast cafe called Delaneys. Host was very attentive and offered great recommendations.

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect, with an easy 10 min walk to everything we wanted to see/do. Restaurants & pubs are nearby, too. If we are visiting Portsmouth/IOW again, we’ll definitely stay here again, but choose a lower floor. The penthouse was a lot of stairs and coming in from Heathrow with five pieces of checked luggage was not ideal.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities. Very close to 700 bus, so getting to Chichester and Bognor Regis was really easy.

We found Simon’s place to a good staring point for many activities. The Cowdray Polo Grounds are a 10 minute walk away, we went to watch a game and everyone was friendly. Great experience. The Cowdray Farm Gate Estate Shop has some wonderful produce. The Midhurst Old Town is lovely and there’s a small Sainbury’s and a small Tesco’s in easy walking distance. From Midhurst we went Arundel Castle (very interesting), Beachy Head and Barling Gap (longish drive but worthwhile), Amberley (a ‘chocolate’ box village streetscape). Simon’s flat has everything you could need, and feels like a lived in home. We really enjoyed our seven nights there.

Good value for amount paid. Once we figured out how to use the electrical appliances (turning on/off power with each use and pulling on cord to activate the shower) - {HaHa} everything was fine.

Lovely apartment on a side street of Arundel, but a stones throw from everything you need. Clean, comfy and welcoming.

The location is perfect (10 min walk to the pier and 5 mins drive from Harbour), the place is very clean and nice, with very good facilities (3TVs, one in each room)

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. This property is amazing 2 balcony's front of house during day rear of house to catch late evening sun, Lovely and clean and everything you need at hand also how many times have rented a place and expect you to survive a week one one toilet roll not here over 10 in the 3 toilets . Lovely view if you can't be bothered to do the 2 minute walk the the beach front then sit on balcony and watch the day go by, absolutely loved our week.

This house is in an amazing location less than 5 minutes away from West Wittering beach. The living/dining/kitchen area is a great communal space and there were lots of different bedroom configuration to suit everyone. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better so we could enjoy the garden.

The clever architectural design has created a stunning barn conversion. This is complimented by the carefully chosen fixtures and fittings and the warm but understated colour palette. The kitchen dining lounge space has some quirky and rustic touches and is a lovely room in which to gather. There were some very thoughtful welcome gifts left for us and everything you need is provided for cooking and eating. The 3 en-suite bedrooms are all fabulous and the kids twin was accessed by a ladder, with its own shower room below. This end of the barn can be closed off for some privacy and has its own kitchenette, sofa and TV. The barn is warm and quiet and private even though the main farmhouse is right next door. The hosts are unobtrusive but there if you need anything. Our party of 6 adults, 2 young boys and a baby worked well in the space. We loved West Wittering Beach, the Itchenor Ferry and walk to Bosham and pottering around Chichester. The barn was so lovely that it was hard to leave!

We absolutely love everything about South View and we all had a wonderful family weekend - it is such a joy to be able to walk straight out onto the beach. Thank you so much and we hope to return before too long : )

Ideal for a large family gathering, plenty of space indoors and outside. Perfect garden for children, and/or for adults to relax. We had three babies, a toddler, six adults and a dog, yet we didn't feel cramped. Easy walk to East Wittering beach, and cafes, pubs, and shops. 5 minute drive to West Wittering beach. Other places and attractions within a 30 min drive

We had a lovely stay, enjoyed being so near beach and walkable distance to the village. The house and garden were lovely and suited our 3 generation family stay. Would definitely book again

Absolutely spotless , gorgeous high spec penthouse. Could not fault it one bit, my mum had mobility issues but still we walked 6 mins to the restaurant each night easily. Beds super comfy and gorgeous bathrooms. Our fault but we thought it overlooked the sea from the balcony it doesn’t but in the end that didn’t distract from the location. Convenient to loads of places for days out. Highly recommend. Thank you

Jan was an excellent communicator from the moment we booked. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds super comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious and super clean also. All in all a beautiful apartment in an excellent location with Tesco express a couple of minutes walk away and fantastic cafes and shops in walking distance, not to mention the beach which was a few minutes walk from the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful apartment.

The place is nice, just few steps away from the sea and bay view. It is great to walk around and have fresh air specially in the morning. There is a nice park and arcade area nearby for kids to have fun. The only difficulties we had was finding a space to park the car along the road side specially if you're late going back to the house. Amy is very attentive in ensuring you get the parking permit on the road side beforehand. Great place to explore Portsmouth and Southsea area.

The description of “harbour view / sea view” is a little misleading as the apartment isn’t high enough to offer that and instead looks over the bus/ train station and shopping centre . However , we’d worked that out from the pictures ! That said the location couldn’t be more central . It’s literally across the road to a fantastic shopping centre and the harbour . For the views of the yacht race we booked tickets for the spinnaker tower. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and I would recommend this accommodation and would love to stay there again.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Apartment very clean and well equipped. Nice outdoor area in a quiet location. Michelle very helpful and quick to respond. Short walk to beach and shops. West Wittering beach is definitely worth a visit. A few minutes in the car. Would recommend.

The property was just as described, beautiful clean and tidy kitchen. The seating at the Georgian window had views of the sea. The sun shone in and was delightful. The hot tub was well used by the family, they enjoyed it very much. Beds were comfy and well presented. The coffee machine was great. A lovely break for the bank holiday.

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

We only stayed for one night but found it a very convenient apartment for enjoying Chichester and the local area.
