Uusi saunamökki (20 m2). Mökissä tupa keittiöllä, matala parvi, sauna ja pukuhuone. Jäähdytin kesälle. Laituri uimaportailla, pieni hiekkaranta, soutuvene, pelastusliivit, ulko-wc, pysäköintialue, pihavalot tunnistimilla, nuotiopaikka, uusi kaasugrilli ja grillikota. Keittiössä on erillisuuni, keraaminen liesitaso, mikro, liesituuletin, jääkaappi/pakastin ja led valot. Juomavesi tuodaan valmiiksi mökille. Terassilta käynti paljuun. Palju on varattavissa erikseen. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Kallavedenranta

Kallaveden rannalla tasokas ja tunnelmallinen hirsihuvila. Rauhallisella, kauniilla,Kallavesi näkymällä ja luonnon lähellä oleva paikka. Mökiltä näkyy kaunis ja valaistu puijontorni. Mökki on rakennettu 2002 ja siitä on pidetty hyvää huolta. Kohde on tavallinen mökki ei hotelli kohde. Soveltuu erinomaisesti kesä sekä talvi majoittumiseen. Rannassa on käytössä soutuvene. Mökissä tupa, keittiö, makuuhuone, nukkumisparvi, sähkösauna, suihku, vaatehuone,wc, ilmalämpöpumppu ja iso takka.

Tunnelmallinen mökki luonnon kauniilla tontilla aivan Ylä-Nurmes järven rannalla. Sopii hyvin pariskunnille ja luontoa rakastaville. Vaellus- ja luontoreittejä pienten ajomatkan päässä. Cozy house (85m2) in a peaceful courtyard. 2 rooms+ sleeping loft and alcove. The house is located in the same yard with the owners' detached house. Outdoor jacuzzi available for extra fee. Pets allowed, let us know about them beforehand. Free WIFI and parking. 2 air source heat pumps, fireplace, underfloor heating. We have beautiful large yard with 2 patios with 2 table sets and sun beds available. Our rowing boat and life jackets, 2 sup paddle boards are at your disposal.
