Here you can enjoy the heat of the wood-fired sauna and relax in the outdoor hot tub. In the apartment you have a 140 cm double bed, dining table, dressing room with washing facilities, toilet, fridge, microwave and kettle. The property also has a carport with electric car charging (extra charge). The apartment is located in the courtyard of a detached house, in a separate building. Good outdoor terrain for hiking and frisbee golf, among other things. Linens and towels will be provided, as well as a hot tub and sauna.

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Small cottage in a separate courtyard building and granary

Welcome to stay in a small, cute room with a fold-out sofa bed and a small kitchen. The room is in a separate building in the yard with its own entrance. In addition, there is a small barn that can accommodate 2 people to sleep. We have 6 huskies that run free in the fenced area, they are really nice, so you don't have to worry. If necessary, you can also heat the sauna for an extra fee, the tent sauna in the yard can be heated for €10/time and the large sauna takes half a day to heat and costs €40/time.

This guesthouse was newly-built in 2024 with comfortable amenities ( sauna, indoor WC, shower, dishwasher, washing machine, heating pump). Located in the middle of old-growth forests, with a private bay and a calm lake with sunset view, it is a place “to adopt the pace of nature”. The rate includes hot tub, SUP board, and rowing boat (April to October). Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for grilling and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

Cosy Flat in the Countryside, near Joensuu

On a farm just renovated and cosy two bedroom flat with a kitchen-livingroom and a bathroom. In a useful utility room you wash your laundry easily. Towels and linen are included in price likewise final cleaning up. In a nice livingroom you can watch TV and enjoy your meals. In a master bedroom there is a double bed, in a second bedroom two single beds. In both bedrooms you have light out blinds and a ventilation window. A flat has it's own privacy, there is a hall place for your car.

The property is suitable for families, couples and working people. The apartment has air conditioning, appliances for washing clothes and dishes, and kitchen utensils for cooking. The guest house has a sleeping loft with beds for three and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The sauna is wood-heated, and the terrace has a gas grill and patio furniture.

Rantatalo sijaitsee Juvalla, kauniissa miljöössä järven rannalla. 7km ABC- Juvaan, 3,5km Juvan keskustaan. Voit nauttia rantatalossa saunan lempeistä löylyistä, ja samalla ihailla näkymiä järvelle. A romantic getaway or relaxing with a friend. An idyllic "cottage suite" in Kouvola on the shores of Lake Rapojärvi. Kitchenette (stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave), double bed, baby cot available on request, dining table, TV with chrome cast, internet, toilet, shower, dressing room and wood sauna. Outside, a wood grill with equipment. Large glazed terrace with radiator. The price includes linen, towels, wood, paddleboards and a rowboat. The tap water is potable and warm.

Tervetuloa rentoutumaan pihapiirimme saunatupaan, järven rannalle! Vaikka pieni, tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy majapaikasta.

An atmospheric and cozy place on the shore of the canal, where you can relax by the fireplace or under the starry sky, play Monopoly or read. In the summer, you can swim in the canal or paddle board and admire the cruise ships passing by. Cooling is done with an air heat pump. The paddle board is for one person. Here you can also get ice cream in the freezer or grill on the terrace.
