Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. During the summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the coziness of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our property by car in just a few minutes; we are located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the center of Jyväskylä.

Log cabin on the shore of Lake Saimaa

Hand-carved 100 sqm log cabin built in 1995 on the shores of Lake Saimaa. A peaceful environment just a few minutes' drive from the services of Varkaus city center. The place is well suited for a weekend of relaxation, as well as for a longer stay. Basic amenities and cooking utensils. In connection with the cottage, there is a very spacious wood-fired sauna. The hut in the yard and the barbecue shed are freely available. The cottage is suitable for year-round stays, but in the middle of winter it is worth bringing woolen socks with you :)

The central square is within 400 m and the train station within 300 m. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and an air conditioning unit. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.
