Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Alapihan Arboretumin vierasmaja ja sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. For those interested, the arboretum will be gladly introduced during the visit. The house crowd includes two lapin reindeer dogs, a cat, a rooster, and 6 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Uusi saunamökki (20 m2). Mökissä tupa keittiöllä, matala parvi, sauna ja pukuhuone. Jäähdytin kesälle. Laituri uimaportailla, pieni hiekkaranta, soutuvene, pelastusliivit, ulko-wc, pysäköintialue, pihavalot tunnistimilla, nuotiopaikka, uusi kaasugrilli ja grillikota. Keittiössä on erillisuuni, keraaminen liesitaso, mikro, liesituuletin, jääkaappi/pakastin ja led valot. Juomavesi tuodaan valmiiksi mökille. Terassilta käynti paljuun. Palju on varattavissa erikseen. Tilava kaksio (52m2) hyvällä sijainnilla keskustassa satamassa. Iso parveke etelään järvinäkymällä. Autolle maksuton paikka alakerran lämpimässä autohallissa, kulku hissillä asuntoon. Sähköauton lataus, veloitus kulutuksen mukaan. Esteetön kulku. Viilentävä ilmalämpöpumppu. Yksi makuuhuone, jossa 160cm runkopatjasänky. Olohuoneessa on divaanivuodesohva (140cm). Lisäksi tarvittaessa ilmapatja 80cm. Asukkaan käytettävissä taloyhtiön kuntosali 1. kerroksessa, jossa kattava kotisalivarustus.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.
