Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. We also have a trampoline, a campfire place and a boat. Welcome to your holiday! Traditional Finnish lakeside cottage with beach, sauna, trampoline, and a boat. Perfect for families of 4-5 people.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while looking at the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful cottage of 55m² and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace available. Close to good fishing, berry picking and outdoor areas. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The tenant has access to a paddle board and rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Laiturille on matkaa noin 30 metriä, joten pulahdus saunasta järveen onnistuu mainiosti! Nurmipihalla on kiinteä valugrilli, lisäksi varustukseen kuuluu Weber-hiiligrilli. Kesäkaudella käytössäsi ovat soutuvene (20 €/vierailu) ja SUP-lauta (maksuton). Helteillä uusi ilmalämpöpumppu pitää mökin viileänä.

Welcome to relax in our courtyard sauna, on the shore of the lake! Although the small, stylish sauna house is part of our inhabited yard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful views here. The property is also great for telecommuting! The beach in Lahti is shallow and well suited for children. A rowboat and a SUP board are available. Bring your own linen and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.
