The distance between the accommodation and the city center is short. Just cross the river along the Suvantos bridge and you are already at the market. If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking lot and move around carefree on foot without parking problems. Communication with the hosts went smoothly without any problems. In a very good location, the necessary services are a short distance away, the reason for the trip to the destination is only about 2 km away. It was a nice quiet and peaceful place and in terms of public transport, the stops were a short distance away.

Great place. Use of laundry helped a lot. I loved the bathroom. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s fully functional. The building is really clean and quiet. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

Very functional accommodation in a pleasant environment. There was no shower in the room itself, but the downstairs bathroom was available for use in peace. You can easily walk to the city center, the harbor, the sports park and the nature.

I stayed in this apartment for 2 months and felt at home. It was all in the best order and the location was just mega, close to the harbor, close to the market square. The apartment is small but nice.

We are staying with Martin again. A completely perfect accommodation near the center of Kuopio. In a quiet area in front of the lake. The apartment has everything you need. Great sleeping places, sauna, well-equipped kitchen, yard and great pictures to admire. We will definitely return to Kortteri on our future trips to Kuopio.

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

The villa is beautifully and restfully decorated and very bright. Spotlights bring a cozy vibe. The beds are very good. We needed blackout curtains. Reflector vests and headlamps can be found in the coat rack. The dishes are well and beautiful. There are all the tools for cooking. Vacationers felt very welcome. It was pleasant to do business with the landlady. There were three generations of us spending a holiday week in this beautiful and cozy log villa.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. It is a very quiet, peaceful location, surrounded by nature and beauty. If that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you. The house is stunning and modern with great views, the sauna is wonderful and encourages relaxation. We also loved using the boat and swam in the lake about 6 times each day! It's worth stocking up on food in one of the big supermarkets like the one in Lahti, but there are some amazing restaurants within a 35-40 minute drive. We are looking forward to staying here again soon.

We had a bachelor party at this accommodation, and the place was just right for that purpose! The warm atmosphere and decor of the accommodation created a good vibe. Karaoke equipment and the possibility of a pool were a big plus. Pia was very kind and helpful, which made the whole arrangement uncomplicated. Pert's place was exactly as described. The apartment is in a cozy area and the apartment itself is peaceful and clean. It's easy to get to by car, and there's a parking spot in the yard. This was my third time staying at Lasse's but first time in winter. The property is super cozy and luxurious. The sauna is fantastic and its proximity to the shops is a plus.

We were a party of 4 and it was a great experience staying at Eeva's place! It was a beautiful and cosy place right by the waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room and the balcony had plenty of seating to hang out, and the bathroom was pretty big. The communication was clear, had no trouble getting into the apartment, and parking is available very close to the building. Having a car would make it easier to pick up the keys. Would definitely recommend this place!
