Monthly Rentals in Eastern Province

Had an awesome stay at this quaint resort, very rustic and laid back. Highly recommended!!

Our stay in Dutch bay was perfect from start to finish. Great communication with Kian and Janah (nothing is too much trouble). Kasthuri the housekeeper is amazing and so helpful - lovely breakfast everyday! Arshath the recommended tuk tuk driver is like having your own personal guide/driver. We met a couple who were using an App for tuk tuk trips and Arshaths fares were much better. I needed to see a doctor on our last day and Arshath arranged an appointment and brought us to the hospital. There’s really nothing more I can add, if you want a relaxing stay away from the busy tourist crowds (a short tuk tuk drive away) then this is the place.

We had an incredible stay at Mevanda’s place. The view was truly stunning, the food was some of the best we have eaten in Sri Lanka and Mevanda was a lovely host, so welcoming and attentive. We also loved his dog (Booty) and his cats (Cocao and Lulu). Can’t recommend enough - we had an amazing time and it was the best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka!

We took a vacation in May of this year. The accommodation and photos fully match the description, everything is clean and beautiful. We were satisfied with the vacation and extended it for a few more days. We came specifically to see the villa in order to book it for the summer (2 months), but what a surprise it was that the ad indicated the entire villa, but in fact it turned out that the rooms were rented separately. If you come with the whole family in 4 bedrooms, the price is very different. This is not indicated on the website! It turns out that this is like a hotel rented by rooms, and accordingly, the rooms should be cleaned every day and the linen should be changed. We were not provided with this service. At my request, our personal belongings were washed for a separate fee, respectively.
