This fully refurbished annexe is situated as an extension to our family home, in the village of Warsash. Self contained studio annexe with own entrance via shared garden; street parking. Super ideal for Warsash Maritime Academy. Renovated to a high specification; this clean, calm and welcoming studio annexe is equipped with a fully functioning kitchenette, bathroom, wifi & includes utilities. Just a short 10 min walk to the village centre for shops, cafes, pubs & short walk to the water front.

A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. The Limes, with its own front door, offers a relaxing home from home environment. It is light and airy, set well back from the road, overlooking a lovely garden with views of the countryside. It offers off road parking, 15 minutes from Winchester centre, good size and comfortable double and single bedrooms, with a well equipped kitchen.
