Monthly Rentals in Eaton

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this gorgeous farmhouse. It was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean and peaceful. It had all the amenities and space that we needed and more and was only about 5.5 miles from downtown Greeley making it perfect for UNC Graduation weekend. Brenda our host is such a sweet, kind lady who had excellent communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend :)

We’ve stayed here multiple times. Ana is always responsive although the rooms are well stocked and we’ve not ever had much need for assistance from her. This is a quiet neighborhood conveniently located for our needs.

Our stay was perfect! Loved "Brick & Balcony" and we were only 3 minutes from our daughter's house at UNC. Just as pictured online and easy access to parking/building. We loved having Margie's right below for a quick tea! Will definitely be back!
